Romey apartment is a gracious place at the 1st floor in a family building in Via Romey of the same name.
The apartment offers welcoming interiors furnished with particular care and equipped with all comforts: a pleasant living room with dining area, two comfortable bedrooms with small balconies overlooking the street, a pleasant fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment offers all the comforts that your home may have: smart TV, washing machine, electric and microwave ovens, air conditioner (split to the living areas, air dryer, iron with ironing board, coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle, WI-FI connection, fan, a courtesy set of linen and towels and a welcoming kit.
The second bedroom has two single beds or, if you prefer, a double bed.
For tenants staying with children, as a courtesy, we offer a booster seat (high chair) and a baby camping cot. Among the items provided, a map of the city accompanied with magazines and tourist guides of the province, as well, a beach umbrella for your enjoyment of the beautiful beaches of the area.
Curiosity: the apartment retains the characteristic “cementine” floors, typical of the early 1900s construction, typically common to the zone of Trapani; which stylistically enrich the rooms like decorative carpets.
During the stay, guests can access the apartment at any time and take advantage of all the comforts it offers.
For guests traveling by car, the parking spots available in the area are free.

The tourist tax, required by the city, is not included in the price and is to be paid on the day of arrival. The tax is due by each guest, for a maximum of 5 nights. Children under 10 years of age are exempt.
-Upon arrival, valid identification documents for all guests staying in the apartment must be presented, in order to fulfill the legal obligation connected to the lease relationship and sign the tourist lease contract as required by Italian law.
Guests, who fail to show their identification document, will not be allowed to stay.
