Pros: Nice hotel clean, comfortable, affordable, good location. Some close restaurants , but not a lot. Bay Aerea Transit Autority (BATA) are close and provide a free shuttle to downtown. Cons: The street side of the facility has quite a bit of traffic noise if you're a light sleeper. Bods are soft and one in our room was very sunken from being where most guests sit to watch TV. The continetal breakfast was very marginal at best. Plan to feed hourself.

Overall decent. But mold around shower rail, food crumbs around night stand, and the floor obviously not being swept, was a turn off. Also didn't appreciate the people above me jumping around unil 3am.
