La maison correspond parfaitement à la description et est très bien placée dans ce si joli village de Trédrez Locquemeau à proximité des magnifiques sites de la côte de Granit Rose et de Lannion dans les côtes d'Armor et de Plestin les Grèves, Locquirec dans le finistère etc ... La maison est très bien équipée, confortable, lumineuse et au calme dans un joli petit lotissement. Les propriétaires Lucie et Erwan sont très accueillants, toujours disponibles et soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. Merci pour ce séjour très agréable avec le beau temps et les belles couleurs de la si belle Bretagne. A tout bientôt.

Modernes helles und sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Trédrez-Locquémeau. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber. Sie ist sehr praktisch, geschmackvoll und vor allem gemütlich. Sehr positiv war der Kontakt zu den Gastleuten. Erwan hat uns auf Englisch die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Coté d' Amor nahe gebracht und empfohlen. Die Übergabe war sehr korrekt und gründlich - insgesamt sehr angenehm. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Grosse Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger Lage mit kompletter Ausstattung
Wir haben eine erholsame ruhige Ferienwoche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem Komfort (Spülmaschine, Heizung, Fernseher, WLAN, einer grossen Terasse und einem großen Garten. Wir waren zu zweit. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für vier Personen. Von Locquemeau kann die Umgebung gut erkundet werden. Für Sportliche ist auch die rosa Granitküste mit den Fahrrad (Ebike) gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und die Wohnungsübergaben verliefen total unkompliziert und gut. Man sollte wie immer in Frankreich aber etwas französisch sprechen.

Kann ein schönes Haus werden
Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus empfängt einen, schöne Räume, gute Utensilien. Sehr sauber, doch leider war weder der Garten zu nutzen, da schon seit ewiger Zeit gemäht wurde, es war total verwildert. Das Haus selber war noch nicht fertig gebaut, es fehlten Verkleidungen und Zuwegung. Leider sah es von außen schon nach Baustelle aus, was den Genuss der Terrasse massiv trübte. Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral. Wenn es fertig gestellt ist sicher ein tolles Objekt. Leider wurden unvorstellbare Nebenkosten fällig, die so nicht deklariert waren.

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (8 Monate und 2 Jahre) in dem sehr geräumigen Ferienhaus. Es bietet genug Platz für alle. Der Garten mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Trampolin war super. Auch die 2 vorhandenen Toiletten waren sehr praktisch. Der Ort bietet eine super Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung und zur rosa Granitküste!

Super Unterbringung, toller Urlaub
Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in der Bretagne verbracht. DIe Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Hafen ist es nicht weit, ganz in der Nähe ist auch ein toller Badestrand. Der Vermieter ist extra nochmal rausgekommen und hat uns prima Ausflugstipps gegeben, nochmals danke dafür!!

Die sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet was man brauchen könnte, nichts fehlt und alles ist vorhanden, wie zu Hause. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig gelegen, denn sie gehen zum Garten raus und von der Kleinen Nebenstraße vor dem Haus ist nicht zu Hören. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Urlaubstips waren auch TOP
