Luxurious holiday home (165 m2) completed at the end of 2014 on spacious grounds with a view of the island of Hiddensee and directly at the nature reserve!
Window fronts over two floors in the living and dining area - with fireplace - offer the perfect panorama for observing sea and other birds (the bird flight path lies directly in front of the south-facing windows!).
Four cozy, maritime bedrooms (three of which are equipped with a flat screen) and three modern bathrooms with floor-level showers, one en-suite.
The extravagant bathroom with an infrared cabin, double vanity and free-standing bathtub is located on the upper floor and is really comfortable, even in the colder seasons. Studio room on the upper floor with direct access to the balcony and a great view of the sunset on the Bodden and Hiddensee, an ideal place for the sundowner!
The exclusive handleless design kitchen offers everything you need, even a Nespresso machine with milk frother!

Like in a paradice
Auch wenn mehrere Tage die Sonne nicht zum Vorschein kam, nur der erste und der letzte Tag verwöhnten uns damit, bot das Haus mit der geschmackvollen Einrichtung eine echte Urlaubs- und Erholungsmöglichkeit. Wirklich empfehlenswert !!!

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen.
Es ist ein wunderschönes Objekt auch sehr idyllisch gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Minuspunkte gab es jedoch auch. Beim Einzug mussten wir erst einmal durch saugen, dass hätten wir uns anders erwünscht. Bäder und Küche waren von der Sauberkeit OK. Was wir als sehr störend empfanden war, das die beiden Bäder im EG sehr unangenehm rochen. Geschuldet durch die Abflüsse. Unglaublich schön, war der Kamin ein echter Magnet und Herzstück des Hauses. Sonst machte das Haus einen guten Eindruck mit normalen gelebten Gebrauchsspuren, kann man das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus war gut gepflegt und bot ausreichend Platz für alle. Ein Manko war die offene Galerie sowie Glastüren zum oberen Balkon und dem Studio (Schlafzimmer für die Kids); zu hell zum Schlafen, sehr warm und hellhörig. Leider konnten wir das großzügige Aussengelände nicht richtig nutzen, da es hier viel zu viele Mücken gab. Leider mussten wir alle Unternehmungen mittels Autos bewältigen, da ÖPNV sehr mangelhaft ist.

1. Die Einrichtung war bei Erstbezug nicht sauber. (Wurde innerhalb von zwei Std. gereinigt, nach Anzeige bei der Reinigungsfirma) 2. Fliegengitter waren nicht vollständig vorhanden. An den Terrassentüren nicht mehr funktional angebracht, die Funktion "Fliegengitter" war nicht gegeben. Die Leisten lagen nicht mehr am Fensterrahmen an. 3. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist gut!

Superschönes Haus
Wir haben uns in dem Haus wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Die Wärmekabine war der Hammer. Aber auch die komplett vorhandene Babyausstattung. Vielen Dank auch an Frau Brethauer, die sich sofort gekümmert hat, wenn etwas zu beanstanden war und um Abhilfe gesorgt. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub ist leider nach zwei Wochen zu Ende gegangen.

Wunderschönes Haus
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Perfekt für 3 Paare. Leider ist das Haus nicht sehr gepflegt, die Mieter gehen offensichtlich auch nicht sehr pfleglich mit der Einrichtung um. Defekte und verschmutzte Gartenmöbel. Das Haus wurde auch nicht sauber übergeben. Aber alles in allem kann man sich dort sehr wohl fühlen.

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub, das Feriendomizil war sehr schön. Die Villa war mit allen erforderlichen ausgestattet was man benötigt selbst für unser Baby. Ein sehr kinderfreundliches Feriendomizil.

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus. Für 3 Paare exzellent geeignet. Für das 4. Paar steht ein mit Schiebetür abtrennbares Studio mit Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Sehr freundliche professionell agierende Vermieterin. Für jede Besorgung Fahrrad- oder Autofahrt erforderlich.

Super Haus
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig. Es super geräumig und bietet alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Prima Gegend. Man muss allerdings Fahrzeiten zu Stränden wie zum Beispiel Juliusruh und Binz in Kauf nehmen. In Laufnähe gibt es keinen guten Strand. Antimückenspray nicht vergessen. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

angenehmer und entspannender Aufenthalt in der Villa Seabird
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche in der Villa Seabird auf Rügen. Das Haus bot allen erdenklichen Luxus und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Spülmaschinentaps, Klopapier, Gewürze, Sofadecken usw. wurde freundlicherweise bereitgestellt, sodass uns an nichts fehlte. Auch die Infrarot-Sauna wurde mit Begeisterung genutzt. Etwas verwundert waren wir im ersten Augenblick, dass es nur 3 Schlafzimmer gab. Da wir nur sechs Personen waren, war dies allerdings kein Problem. Im Nachhinein haben wir dann festgestellt, dass das Galerie-Wohnzimmer als 4. Zimmer gilt, da sich das Sofa als vollwertiges Bett ausziehen lässt. Hier würde uns dann allerdings ein Kleiderschrank fehlen. Ansonsten war alles super und wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Wohlfühlurlaub auch mit großer Familie
Alle 9 Personen von 3 - 64 Jahre konnten in Haus und Garten miteinander eine gute Zeit verbringen , für alles vom Grill bis zur Kaffeemaschine, vom Kinderspielplatz bis zu WLAN war gesorgt und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Für alle war es ein Genuss, dass drei geräumige Bäder vorhanden waren, allerbesten ausgestattet. Rügen bietet so viel, wir hätten auch länger als 8 Tage bleiben können.

Eine super Villa
Wir hatten das große Glück in dieser wunderschönen Villa eine Woche zu wohnen und hier unseren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene , ein Teenie, zwei Kleinkinder darunter ein Baby. Genügend Platz für alle. Die hellen super eingerichteten Zimmer luden zum Verweilen ein. Der Außenbereich ist herrlich ebenso die ruhige Umgebung. Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kids super. Fürs Baby ist ausreichend gesorgt. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, schnell und immer zuvorkommend. Nur das Beste für die Gäste. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage im Westen Rügens.
Die Villa Seabird ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für Menschen, die es im Urlaub etwas ruhiger mögen. Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Uns hat es super gefallen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
