This luxury villa with private pool is located just fifty meters from the sea and consists of three independent houses. Perfect for large groups this villa has a large 1200 m2 garden and several verandas with plenty of outside space to enjoy meal times day and night.

Villa Sfumature di Melograno consists of one large main building with five large bedrooms (three double, one with 2 single beds and one with bunk beds) and further two independent houses with one large double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with their own living rooms, kitchenette and bathrooms, a total of nine bedrooms sleeping up to 20 people and eight bathrooms.

Costa Paradiso is a charming village with unique shapes and colors, cliffs sculpted by the wind, incredibly turquoise sea, Mediterranean vegetation, splendid views over pink and red granite and magical sunsets.
The rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are just in front of the house. It takes just few minutes to the beautiful sandy beach Li Cossi that can be reached via a path surrounded by nature and is 1000 meters far from this holiday house in Sardinia.
The village is equipped with various restaurants, bar, supermarkets, fish shops, pharmacy and medical center.
The Maya center with restaurants and bars, kiosk and small shops can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes.

Other dream beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa, are in the nearby area of Costa Paradiso and are easily accessible by car. Inflatable boats are hired at the small port of Costa Paradiso, with which you can go to bays accessible only from the sea. There is also a diving center with a diving school.

Great location just steps away from the rocky shoreline
This is a super house for large groups. Great central outdoor area to congregate at and the separate villas allowed space to not feel over crowded. Pool great for the kids. Beautiful sunset views, particularly from the rooftop terrace. Two minutes walk down to the rocky cove for snorkelling and nice sheltered area for the kids to explore the rock pools. Good parking for 4 cars. Basic provisions very limited but good supermarket near by (access with car). Overall standard of the villa was good, although all the bathrooms could do with either being made into properly designed wet rooms with drainage, or the old shower curtains changed to glass screens. Main kitchen sink looked nice but was not pleasant/practical to wash up at as dirty water ran into cleanly washed utensils/crockery. Bunk beds in main house not suitable for young children as no safety bar (needed to lift one mattress to the ground). Second set of bunk beds very squeaky. Very quiet area, as we visited out of season. We were welcomed by Rena and she responded quickly to any requests/issues we had. The property is within walking distance to a small sandy beach. Here we also rented boats for the day, which was a super way to explore and see the coastline.

Definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert!
Trotz Saison-Ende (Mitte Oktober), haben wir die Villa und die atemberaubende Natur in dieser Gegend sehr genossen. Einzig die Beschaffung und Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten für 17 Teilnehmer, war eine ziemliche Herausforderung. Dafür hatten wir die umliegenden Strände fast für uns alleine. Fazit - sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Kommunikation mit FeWo direkt war mangelhaft. Ich wurde mit Emails regelrecht zugemüllt, das Zahlungsziel war nicht korrekt und ein zuständiger Ansprechpartner war nicht festzumachen. Paradiso
La casa ha una posizione invidiabile. Abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto, comodamente, cinque famiglie di amici. È vicinissima al mare, tramonto meraviglioso. Avrebbe bisogno di un pò di manutenzione di alcune stanze/bagni. Suggerimento, aggiungere qualche poltrona, sdraio nella parte terrazza.

Grande villa a pochi passi dal mare!
La nostra breve vacanza di soli 3 giorni è stata stupenda. La villa che abbiamo prenotato era molto grande, infatti noi che eravamo solo in 10 a soggiornare siamo stati comodissimi, in quanto è una villa dove si può stare anche in 20. Un bel giardino, ben tenuto, tutto intorno dove si accedeva alla piscina privata che ha una posizione fantastica, con vista proprio sul mare. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare delle giornate ancora soleggiate, nonostante fosse ottobre, e quindi abbiamo goduto appieno del mare e della piscina quando magari c'era un pò di vento. Peccato che il nostro soggiorno sia stato breve, ma la possibilità di fare una vacanza di gruppo è stata un'esperienza bellissima che sicuramente rifaremo. Non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà con l'agenzia che ci ha affittato la villa, Sardinia Unlimited, che si è dimostrata molto professionale. Il check-in ed il check-out si fa direttamente in villa, sempre con il personale dell'agenzia che si è mostrato sempre disponibile in caso di necessità o sempre pronto a dare consigli sul posto. Très belle propriété, en bord de mer
Maison très agréable à vivre , cadre idyllique, et très calme !! Faites pour plusieurs familles !! Elle situé en bord de mer , au pied une petite crique pour se baigner !!( ne pas oublier chaussures d eau ) Petit bémol il manque la climatisation quand il fait très chaud et un peu loin d une ville !!
