Photos ne reflètent pas la réalité Accès difficile Ensemble très abîmé et non entretenu Impossible de poser du linge dans les placards (contre-plaqué brut et sale) Lave-linge sous la plaque de cuisson et inutilisable (odeur nauséabonde à l'intérieur) et rouillé Très peu de vaisselle, disparate et abîmée Linge en quantité insuffisante Pas de planche et fer à repasser pourtant indiqués Porte de la salle de bains ne ferme pas Ouverture douche pour un enfant Présence de cafards Avons dû déménager Nous avions réservé et payé pour 39 nuits et avons séjourné 3 nuits Mauvaise foi de l'hôte qui n'a pas voulu remettre son logement à la location pour pouvoir éventuellement nous rembourser En résumé nous ne recommandons pas du tout ce logement.

A quinze minutes à pied de l'embarcadère pour Fort de France , à cinq minutes des restaurants, bars et commerce l'Appartement très lumineux, cuisine avec plaques vitrocéramiques, micro-onde, cafetière à capsule, lave-linge (très pratique après la plage) Deux chambres climatisées, donc une avec lit double. Salon avec téléviseur et box internet. Florent est un excellent hôte, il nous a réservé quelques surprises au frigo et sur la table, je vous laisse découvrir 😉 Il met aussi quelques livres à disposition dans la chambre double. Merci pour l'accueil et à bientôt.

Notre avion est arrivé à Fort de France avec 2h de retard. Le temps de récupérer notre voiture de location et d'aller à la pointe du bout, il était 23h. Nous avions prévenu la personne qui nous attendait et elle nous a rassuré et nous a dit qu'elle nous attendait. Effectivement, elle était sur place à notre arrivée... Mais l'accueil n'était pas top. L'appartement était très chaud. Les climatiseurs n'étaient pas efficaces car réglés sur une température trop haute. L'appartement très petit et le mobilier très fatigué. L'installation électrique est loin d'être aux normes, voire même dangereuse dans une des chambres ( prise arrachée et fils à nu). Frigo totalement vide, même pas une simple bouteille d'eau fraîche, lamentable !!! Nous avons dû aller acheter une bouteille d'eau dans un restaurant qui fermait... La vaisselle est minimaliste ( 3 couteaux pour 4 ) par contre, il y a un appareil à raclette !!!! Bref location a éviter. Nous l'avions louée 2 semaines et en sommes parti au bout de 5 jours....

Nous avons passé 10 jours en martinique à la pointe du bout. Bon emplacement de l'appartement par rapport à la mer, à deux pas de la marina et du village créole. Appartement sympa et nous avons été bien reçus par Annick
