Super séjour dans cet appartement niché en hauteur. Une vue à partir d’une partie de la terrasse donne sur la baie des trois ilets, un plus quoi! Cet appartement ouvert est amplement spacieux pour accommoder 4 personnes. Nous avons apprécié que les chambres soient éloignées l’une de l’autre. En fait, tout était en place pour passer un super séjour à la Martinique!! Ah oui! Le jacuzzi en soirée, que du bonheur! Merci aux hôtes ! Ils sont très sympas et n’hésitez surtout pas à leur demander conseil pour vos balades! Etienne et Nadia

Logement et installations qui ont besoin de rafraîchissement (ex: terrasse avec plancher dangereux, écoulement des eaux de la douche qui crée de la moisissure dans le bas des murs, etc.). Mobiliers de la terrasse désuet. Belle végétation et excellente tranquillité.

Proximité de la mer
Bon emplacement pour découvrir le sud de la Martinique. Le logement pourrait être parfait si l on ne ressentais pas un manque d entretien général avec un meublé intérieur extérieur vieillissant. Dommage d'avoir eu un accueil très bref, on est sans doute tombé un mauvais jour. Nous avons, malgré tout, passé un bon séjour.

En premier lieu il convient de souligner le très bon emplacement de la location idéalement située entre les Trois Îlets et les Anses d’Arlet. L’appartement est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Sa terrasse couverte protégée du voisinage par des palmiers est un plus lorsqu’il fait chaud (ou lors des rares averses tropicales). Les propriétaires Florence et Julien sont accueillants, discrets et de bons conseils. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Location aux Trois Ilets
Location bien située entre les Anses d'Arlet et les Trois Ilets dans un quartier pavillonnaire. L'appartement est très bien équipé, entièrement climatisé, wifi, masques de plongée à disposition... Il se situe en Rez de Jardin avec une terrasse couverte donnant sur la baie de Fort de France qu'on aperçoit au travers des palmiers qui préservent de l'intimité. Les propriétaires qui habitent l'étage de la maison sont très discrets et restent disponibles au besoin. Vous profiterez en plus le soir du Jacuzzi !

Une très bonne adresse
Appartement très intime et discret dans un lotissement calme. Il est fort bien conçu et agréable à vivre. A disposition des masques (nouvelle génération), palmes et parasol. Le jaccuzi, le soir sous le ciel étoilé avec le ballet des lucioles est un moment unique... Attention, bien demander des explications au propriétaire pour arriver au gîte car le GPS ne reconnaît pas l'adresse.

Magnifique
Logement très spacieux, propre et trés bien équipé. Très bien situé pour visiter la Martinique. Nous avons adoré la taille de la terrasse et sa vue magnifique. C’est un endroit très reposant. Nous avons également adoré le jacuzzi en fin de journée, que du bonheur. Aucun problème de moustiques. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont donnés des bons conseils pour les visites. Je recommande vraiment ce logement et nous avons hâte d’y retourner.
