Great mountainside view!
The balcony view of Fort de France and the bay is incredible and we enjoyed the jacuzzi after a day of trekking. ! The property is as per photos and Point du Bout village is only a 15 minute downhill walk for groceries, restaurants, beach, souvenir and clothing shop. There are also car rentals in the village. However; the walk back is quite an exercise because of the steep slopes. There is a 5 star French cuisine restaurant, Zandoli, just beside the apartment that we highly recommend.

L'appartement est comme dans la description.Très agréable, spacieux et tres bien équipé.La climatisation dans la chambre est essentielle pour bien dormir L'espace de vie est ouvert et la température y etait tres agréable.Le jacuzzi est évidemment un plus que nous avons peu utilisé. Le petit rhum arrangé d'accueil était excellent merci pour cette gentille attention.

Endroit tranquille, sécuritaire. Jy suis allee avec ma fille. Cuisinette équipée, spa tres propre. Seul bémol, nous y avons sejourné 1 semaine, nous nous serions attendu a avoir le minimum pour ne pas avoir a acheter tout ca, surtout que cest assez dispendieux la bas (papier toilette, essuie-tout, sac de poubelle). Je le recommande. Hôtes tres agréables 😊

Nous avons passés deux semaines dans cet appartement avec notre bébé de 16 mois, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Vraiment super ! La vue sur la baie de Fort de France, le spa pour finir la journée, l'emplacement à 2 pas de la pointe du bout et central pour visiter l'ile. De plus vous pouvez compter sur la gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires. Je recommande fortement !

Séjour magnifique et vue exceptionnelle
Si les photos nous ont fait saliver, la réalité est exceptionnelle. Petit coin de paradis traversant , bien aéré où tout est au top : situation, vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Fort de France, literie, jacuzzi sur la terrasse : rien ne manque dans la location située dans une résidence calme. Ce lieu est une invitation à la détente et à la déconnexion totale. L'équipement est plus que complet et la propreté irréprochable. Bravo pour l’idée de la tablette en verre dernièrement installée sur la terrasse pour prendre les petits déjeuners et l’apéro et profiter de la vue à 180° et des colibris qui viennent butiner les fleurs. Bref nous recommandons hautement cette location. Un grand merci pour ces trois semaines de bonheur.

Appartement facile à vivre et agréable, résidence calme. Cependant, pas facile de se rendre à pied à la plage. Un gros bémol : accolé au bâtiment, un hôtel restaurant bruyant . Une proposition : renouveler certains ustensiles de cuisine.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Pascale et Jean-Claude, les propriétaires de cet appartement au sein d'une résidence magnifiquement située. Nous y avons séjourné pendant 3 semaines. Nous connaissons la Martinique depuis plusieurs années. Si vous cherchez une location tout confort pour deux personnes, avec vue imprenable, au calme, et tout près du seul secteur de l'île animé le soir (bars, restaurants, boutiques), cet appartement est pour vous !
