I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Vänersborg, Sweden, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It’s conveniently situated, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was a standout feature—there was a great selection of tasty options that really set us up for the day. It was well-prepared and satisfying, and we appreciated the variety. While the room was a bit on the small side, it served its purpose and was comfortable enough for our needs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions we had. Their hospitality really made a difference in our stay. In summary, the Quality Inn provided a convenient and basic stay that works fine for one night passing through town. Great breakfast and helpful staff. It’s a decent choice if you’re visiting Vänersborg.

Nice hotel, easy to find, easy to park. Good food, very attentive staff. Only drawback was a fairly poorly stocked bar, even lack of standard Swedish vodka.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was big and clean. The pool was a nice little extra, although the hot tub was closed. The location was nice being only a nice twenty minute walk to the town centre.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Excellent and welcoming service. Room was small but efficient and clean; beds and bathroom are small by North American standards; very good breakfasts in pleasant surroundings. Good area for walking and jogging but not close to a shopping area.

Värt en omväg
Vi bokade ett 34 kvm stort rum och fick ett på första våning. Välstädat, sköna sängar och inte långt från rummet hade vi bastu och pool vilket ingick i priset. Vi bodde där en söndag till måndag så vi var helt ensamma om att utnyttja detta. På kvällen åt vi en fräsch och god buffe (75 kronor!!! per person) och på morgonen dagen därpå en stor och god frukost från ett välfyllt buffebord. Hotellet må se lite tråkigt ut utifrån och det ligger en 6-7 minuter från Vänersborgs centrum, men vi är så nöjda och glada efter en vistelse här. Det här hotellet är värt att ta en omväg för.
