Lovingly dubbed "The Treehouse", this 3 bedroom, 2 bath property embraces modern touches to a classic Northstar retreat. Consisting of 3 levels, the primary bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the main living area is on the second level, with the laundry, bath and 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level. The unit features two balconies overlooking the forest.

Jump on a shuttle, just steps away from your front door, to access world class skiing, village amenities and the community recreation center *. . . ideal for unwinding after a long day of hitting the slopes or exploring Tahoe. The great room style living area is the perfect space to come home to, cook up a meal and relax near the gas fireplace. Start creating memories at The Treehouse, this iconic Northstar condo.

Lovely vacation home with nice upgrades
My family and friends stays there for the presidents weekend and we enjoyed the vacation home a lot. Town house is well-equipped with top brand kitchen appliances and professional decorated. Very warm, cozy and spacious. The host Colette is friendly and very responsive. I have added this place to my favorite list and will book it again.

Beautiful house with great amenities and immaculate condition. Perfect location as it’s a few minutes away (by shuttle) to Northstar, which made it so easy to reach the lifts in the morning. Our very kind and responsive host accommodated our requests best to her abilities. Would definitely stay again.

The Treehouse was such a perfect place! I kept repeating myself how adorable and clean it was! So close to the village! 20 min to Garwoods! 25 to incline! Thank you Collette for our early check in and check out. We will be back!

Treehouse retreat
The treehouse is situated a short shuttle ride to Northstar. The treehouse was equipped with everything we needed. My children, 7 and 9 years old, particularly enjoyed the dominoes and chess board. I love to cook and bake. I have been to other GoldBend condos and needed to purchase oven mitts! This was not the case. I had everything I needed. Knives for chopping were also in good condition. Beds were firm and comfortable. The condo was warm and cozy. We were lucky to have snow. There was an even a car scrapper and brush in case we need it. Collette thought of everything. Can’t want for our next stay. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location
Great location and plenty of space for us all. Easy bike ride up to the village for my boys. A nice, quiet, and relaxing trip. It was rather hot the first few days so the fans were much appreciated. Would be a great spot for the winter too!

Wonderful Property at Northstar
I've stayed at lots of places in Northstar. This was my favorite. Very nice, lots of space for the family. Super organized and the kitchen has everything you'd need.

Well Stocked Unit Less Than 5 Minute Drive From Village
Our family of 4 adults had a very enjoyable stay in The Treehouse. The bed and bath arrangements were very comfortable with the living area sandwiched in between. The living area was especially nice with a fully stocked kitchen and many options for entertainment. The location of the unit was convenient to the Village. The only disappointment which we did not realize was that there was no hot tub in walking distance. We were very pleased with Colette as our host as she was great communicating everything we needed to know about check-in and answered questions and requests in short order. There was a very detailed and useful manual which covered most questions. She also provided some useful recommendations for dining and recreation which we followed with great results. Lastly, she even dispatched her husband when we needed a jumpstart to our car when departing. Excellent service!

Great Condo @ Northstar!
Stayed there with family - 2 teens, wife, & me. We had a great time and the condo was fabulous. Good amount of space in common areas, everything worked well and was very clean. Shuttle to Northstar was great as it was very quick. Also, Colette was very responsive to any questions we had. Ski locker was nice to use too. Great location, great condo.

Great stay with family
We had a great stay here with our family of two adults and two young kids. The location is great; you can use the Northstar app to call a shuttle to the village for free and the shuttle stop is right in front of the lodge. It would have been possible to walk on the side of the street, but shuttle was a much better option with young kids especially after sunset. One small downside is that restrooms are on different floors from the living area, so little kids can complain about it. But overall, a wonderful stay!

Amazingly Appointed
We were a party of five skiing at Northstar and we all agreed this was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. Certainly the best appointed. Anything you needed was exactly where you thought it should be. Very clean, beds were cozy, fun “bear” theme without being over the top. Located directly across the street from the shuttle (on demand, 5 mins from hill, never waited for more than 5 mins on either end). Colette was a wonderful host. We did not need anything but knew if we did she would be available. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. It’s very charming and comfortable, with enough space for all. Colette has been a great host. We had everything we needed, with the condo fully stocked with all the necessities. Great location to both downhill and cross country skiing.

Beautiful unit close to village with great host
My friends and I had a great stay with our kids for a ski weekend at Northstar. The Treehouse was beautifully equipped and updated, and located conveniently near a shuttle stop with only one or two other stops on the way to/from the Village (install the app and request the ride in the morning - picks up regularly until 6pm from the Village, after which you can request a ride from the app). There is a ski locker in which you can store your equipment right by the front door. The beds were comfortable, with warm quality bedding, and the bathrooms and kitchens were well-equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of cookware, cooking oil, coffee maker, a nice toaster oven, etc etc. The mountain themed decorations of pine cones and bears were really cute (our kids loved the stuffed bears). Colette is an excellent host - super responsive, helpful, thoughtful, and accommodating. We highly recommend her and The Treehouse, and would happily stay here again!

Perfect Northstar getaway!
The treehouse was an excellent location and we had the best experience! The place had all the amenities we needed and many extras - games, linens all top of the line! Perfect for our family with 3 elementary aged kids. Shuttle to Northstar is quick and easy. Many great restaurants nearby!

The Treehouse does not disappoint! It is everything we could have asked for: very well appointed, clean and spacious. Even the beds are comfy! Location is perfect, a nice walk to village and bus service if you need it. Colette is attentive and responsive. Will stay again!

Cozy place with great location
My family and I had a great experience staying in this property. The location was 3 minutes away from Northstar village and close to the grocery store, which was super convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated that there were lots of extra supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). I would recommend staying in this property, especially for skiing.
