特急も止まる土浦駅から近いので、交通の便は、良いです。しかし、専用の駐車場が無いようなので、車での移動の場合は、少し不便かもしれません。 館内は、エレベーターが1台しかないため、混んでると苦労するかもしれません。しかし、階段が解放されてるため、2,3階の人は、階段移動も良いと思います。
