This house is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home, located on a hill-top with spectacular panoramic views of the city of Tucson and surrounding mountains. This Southwest ranch style home, located on a three acre site, is surrounded by the lush Arizona desert with many towering Saguaros. Wildlife is abundant, with daily visits from quail, cotton tails, ground squirrels, woodpeckers, and hawks. Coyotes, javalinas, deer and roadrunners can also be observed but not as often.


This is a private home on 3 acres bordering the Santa Catalina Natural Area. This 2,387 sq.ft. Southwest ranch designed home is beautifully built in the northeast Catalina Foothills near Mt. Lemmon with scenic views of sunsets and Tucson. Mt. Lemmon juts up 9,000 feet above sea level in the Santa Catalina Mountains north of our house. The journey to Mt. Lemmon begins with travels first through a saguaro desert , then into oak and pine covered mountains with spectacular rock formations. Soon you will reach Rose Canyon Lake, a trout fisherman's delight. Ski lifts are located in a small village, Summerhaven, at the top of Mt. Lemmon.

The open floor plan makes this home ideal for entertaining. The large covered patio area, pool, and hot tub are great for relaxing and enjoying the scenic views. There are two king beds and one queen size bed, and one of the king beds can be converted to two twins if needed. The home is ideal for golfers, bicyclists, hikers, runners, skiers and individuals who enjoy privacy with a spectacular view. It is also great for those wishing to escape cold winters. The Tucson climate is traditionally warm throughout the year and you will find that you can enjoy golf, tennis, hiking, and other outdoor activities year round

There are lots of great activities within 15 miles of the property. The area's best golf, bike paths, parks, restaurants, movie theaters, library, shopping, and various Farmer's markets are all nearby, as well as the Art & Music Festival held at various times of the year. The Accenture Match Play Golf Tournament is about a 34 minute drive, and the gem show is in January and February. Horseback riding rental in Catalina State Park, as well as nature viewing and hiking is right outside your door. There are many churches close by, the University of Arizona UMC hospital is 13 miles away, and Saguaro National Park is 9 miles. Other area attractions include the Pima Air & Space Museum, Reid Park Zoo, and Tuscon Botanical Gardens.

Excellent vacation home!!

We were delighted with our stay at Milagrosa House. The surrounding property, patios, pool, hot tub, and putting green were wonderful. The location was perfect, and the sunsets were stunning. The house is an oldie but goodie with a well-stocked kitchen and cool artwork. This was our second stay, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Very accommodating home..had everything we needed right there. All activities close and was great to come "home " to. Grandson turned inti a "fish". Had a hard time getting him out of the pool. He and great grandma had a putting contest more than once!

Relaxing Oasis in Ideal Location

This house itā€™s excellent and I expect we will be returning. For us the largest draw of the house was the pool and covered patio, both of which surpassed our expectations. The pool was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful view. The patio itself also had an excellent view and was shaded for a large portion of the day which allowed us to stay outside for most of the day. The house itself is good, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms, and an AC that is able to keep it cool during the hot summer days. The proximity to Mt Lemmon and Tucson were also a big plus. Lastly, the property manager was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with when we had questions. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great Property in Tucson

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful secluded property outside of Tucson. The pool and spacious outside area including two grills, a dining table, and a couch and lounging area was a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals. I highly recommend this rental.

Location location location

This property is the ultimate and relaxation. It is a home that was probably built in the 50s and thus you can see it is a bit dated, but the creature comforts, the way the kitchen is set up, the outside, and the overall house is amazing. We cooked several meals and we cook a lot, and there was not a single thing missing from a blender to a zester to high-quality pots and pans. Did I mention the outside? Access to the mountains and downtown was great and we will be back to the area for sure!

Hike and bike heaven!

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Pool was wonderful on a few of the super hot afternoons after biking and hiking. Nice neighborhood with spectacular views. A respite from winter for a couple and a few guests

This was the perfect getaway from our northern winter. We enjoyed the perfect Tucson weather, and this beautiful home in the foothills was a relaxing, peaceful spot from which to explore the area. Check in was easy, everything in the house was comfortable and well appointed. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were great additions to days of hiking, enjoying farmers' markets, and chilling with friends and family. This is one of the best Vrbo homes we have ever rented.

Excellent on all levels. Great views! Pool and hot tub in workable and nice condition. Comfortable beds. You donā€™t need to bring anything other than your own food and drink. We stay in many VRBOs and this one is at the top of the list. Prompt and helpful communication from host. Just book it!

Wonderful Stay in East Tucson

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Working with the property manager Kevin and Jim the owner could not have been better, It worked out very well for when our children/grandchildren visited. The bedrooms are grouped together at one end of the house which may be an issue if you are a light sleeper, but the overall layout worked very well for us.
