Long walk to our room due to only one elevator. We both tripped getting out of the elevator due to an uneven surface on the second floor. Very noisy hotel. The breakfast was odd. Served at a bar from an independent restaurant. Very poor service there.

Great experience!
We reserved a room for a one night stay at the Best Western in Green Valley as a last minute choice/booking. We went down to southern Arizona for a fishing trip and hadn’t decided if we’d stay somewhere overnight or head home. So glad we decided to stay! The hotel was very cute, quaint, quiet and the beds were soooo comfortable! We really enjoyed the sliding door that opened up to the pool/hot tub area. Marcus at the front desk was very friendly and attentive and answered all the questions I had about the breakfast in the morning and local food choices and had paper plates to our room for the Chinese food we picked up, in less than 30 seconds flat. I’d definitely recommend a stay at Green Valley in and I know we plan to return when we’re looking for a CLEAN, cozy, cost-effective getaway!

Don’t think the Resturant belongs to the hotel but computers were down, service was too slow, tables being cleaned while we waited for service. Food was not the best by far. Probably wouldn’t eat there again even with it as part of our stay.

It was an okay, out of the hustle and bustle type place. Check in was quick and easy, nice friendly staff. Place is rather old , carpet didn't appear very clean. My only problem was with the morning breakfast. It is advertised and I'm sure added into the cost of the room. When we went to have said breakfast the young lady acting as hostess was rude and after trying to accuse me of already being there once she said we couldn't be served for at least 30 minutes. I asked if we could at least sit and have coffee and she said she guessed she could give us coffee to go. Mind you there were numerous empty tables and we had our vouchers for breakfast. Don't advertise something if it's not true.

I got the pool view room through here (and Expedia fudged that up) but the BW was fantastic by "upgrading" me. The place is so nice we are stayed another night but through the BW app
