Larry Is Very Attentive
Larry is very responsive. If you have kids or teens, they will love the pool and numerous outdoor and indoor games. The hot tub and sauna are very nice, too.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our stay at Larryā€™s guest house. The property was perfect for our family of five (2 adults and kids ages 6, 9, & 20). There were so many activities to enjoy - the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with many essentials. Larry was a great host, very responsive and provided us with great resources for local sites and attractions. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Clean with great gaming!
The house was very clean with lots of information, and Larry was very helpful for any questions. The highlights are all the sports and games, though: heated pool (with basketball goal), sauna, jacuzzi, badminton, putting green, ping pong, basketball game, plenty of TVs. Just a great space to play for kids and adults! Also just a 15 minute drive to Saguaro National Park, and 20 minutes to downtown Tucson. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Would go back!

Amazing place and perfect for the whole family
Larry is a great host! Would open the pool early enough for the kids to swim and willing to preheat the Jacuzzi if asked. My three boys had a blast playing with all of the amenities and daydreamed about the place when we were away. Thanks for having this guesthouse available! We enjoyed our time spent here!

What a great property and host! My wife and I and our 4 kids came for the weekend and had an awesome time!! I think we used every bit of the fun activities that Larry had to offer! Larry is a great host! We will definitely try and stay again!

Great place to stay with kids or anybody! Wonderful hostā€” baked cookies for us and was always available. Sent us links for day trip ideas. Great outdoor opportunitiesā€”pool, game room, putting green in backyard were perfect. Right near great hiking areas. Easy distance to other tourist attractions. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Everything you need for a fun getaway!
You can't possible run out of things to do with all of the options for relaxation and entertainment / activity. I took my 9-year-son here for some 1:1 time, and we had a blast. The guest house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool, hot tub and game area were perfect. Larry was an excellent host and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We'd definitely book here again if we come back to Tucson!

Wonderful Tucson Rental
The guesthouse was perfect spot for my family (2 adults, 2 kids - 2 and 4 years old). It had everything we needed and even a couple of extras that were very nice (e.g. snacks, coffee bar well equipped). Bathroom were clean and bedrooms/ beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and linens as well. Larry really thought of everything. Had separate pool towels for the pool a d a cheat full of pool toys and even toddler floaties. We had such q great time playing with all the games set up around the yard (mini golf, bags, and indoor game room). Our stay was so pleasant and Larry was a wonderful host. Will be back the next we visit family in Tucson.

Family Friendly get-away
Larry was a great host! Very generous with amenities! We all loved the pool, hot tub, game room and sauna. Close to most attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby. Larry has a plethora of things to do (book-wise in the guest house) or can recommend a few things. Safe neighborhood to walk around in with a park a few blocks away. Will stay here again if and when we return!

Central location, amazing property and comfortable house with wonderful host.
Larry the host has gone above and beyond to create a private resort with everything you need to relax and play. The pool, hot tub, game room and home are well taken care of and clean. Larry is a super friendly guy that makes it his mission to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. He even gave me a lift to an Italian bakery since my companion was working one of the days we visited. Canā€™t wait to go back. Thanks Larry for everything!

This place is awesome! Not one uncomfortable spot upstairs or downstairs. Home was clean and well maintained. The putt putt and game room was an awesome idea as well. When we got bored, we pulled out games. When we wanted to relax, we did. Thanks Larry for a great stay.

Family Golf Trip
The property was great for a long golf weekend. Larry is very responsive and furnished the property very well. The backyard was a great place to hang out after a long day. The sleeping arrangements were good but we didnā€™t like the pull out chairs. We thought there were single beds but they were chairs that turned to beds. The pull out cabinet bed was much better. I would stay again with a group of guys or two couples.

Fantastic guest house
If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Larry the host was the most hospitable host we have ever had, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made us feel truly welcome. The guest house was home from home with everything we needed and more, there was even snacks and beers in the fridge for us on arrival. The outside space again had everything we needed, so many games and activities we didnā€™t even have time to do everything also the games room was super impressive. We are so happy with this rental that we are looking to book again for October 23. Larry thanks so so much for everything and we hope to see you soon.

Perfect Family Getaway!
This has to be the best VRBO family rental I've done in a very long time. The home owner had just about anything you would need for a "Home away from Home"! We were there in May 2023 for my daughters graduation from UA. This was perfect for my family. Pool, yard games, sauna, game room, corn hole, putting green and not a bad drive into Tuscon for graduation festivities. The home owner was amazing. Always responded immediately when I had any questions. Our place was stocked with anything you could need - right down to pool towels, snacks, bath robes, and the little things you forget when traveling!! He also baked us cookies and made us a banana cream pie - World Famous :). I will most definitely rent here again without a doubt!!!
