Good and not so good
Staff was very polite and helpful. We had difficulty unlocking the door so did other people. You had to jam the card in hard and pull it out quickly. There’s also a slight cigarette smoke smell in the room

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were surprisingly comfy and water pressure good. Breakfast was a disappointment. Went to breakfast around 7 am and there was nothing available to eat. We had a problem checking in, they checked someone into our room 20 minutes after us. No one from the desk contacted us or apologized.

The girl at the desk was very rude to us and called me a liar!! We arrived around 9:30pm after a 10 hour drive from Phoenix. I tried to call 3 times to let them know we would be a little later than expected and remind them we have my service dog and I need to be on the first floor. They did not answer. When we arrived she put us on the second floor, there are no elevators and my husband explained I cannot make steps. She said there is nothing she can do and that there are no notes stating I’m disabled and need a first floor. My husband came to tell me and I asked him to ask for a refund since I can’t get to the room. She said she was charging us a $25 fee because we are canceling so late. My husband said my wife tried to call but nobody answered so she is going to call you now, answer. I call- she answers. She proceeds to call me a liar saying she’s been there answering calls all night since 5pm I said I can send my husband back in with my call log showing I called at 7pm, 9:15 and 9:17. She then said she was checking people in and on calls at that time. But she was still charging me the fee. I said who is the manager she said BJ I said you leave him a note that I will be calling in the morning after I get off the phone with the ADA!! That they were discriminating against me and charging me $25 because I had to go to a different hotel because they couldn’t accommodate me.

I have bites on my neck. I believe there is bed bugs there. I stayed in room 205. I woke up in the middle of the night and my neck was itchy and there was 4 bites. I left at 3am because of the bites. I called the hotel and the receptionist said that that area of the hotel was sprayed for the bugs last week. Guess it wasn’t enough. Very dissatisfied and will not recommend Days Inn

Ok for an overnight stay
Just an overnight stay. Key card wouldn’t work- had to return to the office several times to get resolved- intermittent reader on the room door. Room was clean but configuration was different- door on one end to outside and door on other end to inside hallway. Bea’s pretty small- could use a towel bar of some kind.

Bait and Switch Fraud
BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD!!!! Advertised sleeping six with two queen beds. The beds were NOT Queen size. Full or double at best. Could not fit two eleven year olds and a very small 18 year old (103#) in one bed without someone hanging over the side even with their shoulders touching. Tried to cancel but was told that since I booked through Hotels.com that I would have to get a refund from you. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION ON YOUR APP!!!! We were ripped off!!! We had to book another room elsewhere and the closest hotel with a room available was in Albuquerque!!!!!

Property is not in good shape. Doors don’t shut, it’s deteriorating. Ice bucket in our room was dirty, obviously not cleaned or replaced. Other than that it was adequate and overall ok. Breakfast was ok. Muffins were dried out and hard. Waffles were good.

The room has been updated, and the bed was comfortable. However the refrigerator was dead. We had to take our food back out to the car to stay cold. It was noisy next to the interstate and loud neighbors.
