Gorgeous lakefront view in Hopkins Pt. Private dock, gazebo and swimming area

Contemporary five bedroom lake home newly remodeled with breathtaking views, decks on every level, this home is perfect for large family gatherings and retreatsy. Sleeps 14 to 16. Wrap around porch and decks on 3 levels leading down to a private boat dock. Spacious kitchen with a 12 foot granite island, separate dining area with bay windows and a great room with 2 story windows overlooking the lake. Downstairs is a huge rec room with pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard table, TV and large patio. Bring your own boat or rent a pontoon from one of the marinas on the lake.

Upstairs is a private one bedroom retreat with king poster bed, full bath and private deck with lake views. The main floor has a 2nd master with walk out on to the screened porch, cottage bedroom with 2 doubles and full bath. Downstairs has a queen bedroom, another bedroom with 2 doubles with access to a large patio with gas fire pit, and a cozy nook with daybed, trundle and rollaway twin. Bathroom is newly remodeled with walk-in shower.

Our property is located in a beautiful residential community on Tims Ford Lake, regarded as the most picturesque lake in Tennessee and one of the top bass fishing and recreational lakes in the Southeast. Our guests have often described our views as the best on the lake. Just minutes away, one can visit any one of a number of Tenneessee’s finest distilleries including Jack Daniels, Prichards, George Dickel and Nearest Green Distillery. Dine at one of three restaurants on the lake including Hard Dock Cafe at the State Park, Bluegill Grill floating restaurant at Holiday Landing and our newest floating reataurant Drafts and Crafts at Twin Creeks Marina. Tims Ford State Park is just 5 mikes away where you can hike beautiful trails, dine at one of their two restaurants or spend the day golfing at one of the most beautiful scenery in Tennessee at the Jack Nicklaus designed Bear Trace Course.

Wonderful vacation
We had a great time at this beautiful house, the house is well equipped and very comfortable. The game room was a hit for all ages. The walk down to the dock was made easier for bad knees by areas to sit and relax and the view of the water from the gazebo was perfect for watching family play! We highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed a slowed down weekend with our youth staff; eating together, drinking coffee, and talking. We enjoyed the dock on the beautiful Tim’s Ford Lake and dinner out at the Blue Gill Grille.

Great family friendly lake house !!!
As empty nesters, it is a challenge to get the family together each year for our annual birthday bash. This lake house didn’t disappoint. There was ample room for our adult children and their significant others with everyone having an actual bed to sleep in and not a bunk bed 😉. Loved the openness of the living, kitchen and dining area, which allowed us to all be able to hang out together. The large island was fabulous for the breakfast and dinner buffets and loved the nostalgic can opener. We had one small issue but the owner was very responsive and it was resolved immediately. The view of the lake was amazing, which definitely ranks this lake house as a five star. Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful lake home to our family.

Very nice accommodation and comfortable for our large group. Game room was fun, outdoor area was beautiful and spacious for coffee in the morning or beverages in the evening. Kitchen/dining area is spacious and well equipped with all appliances and dinner ware. Dock and swimming areas were fun for everyone, swam every day. Mike and Barbra were great hosts and readily available if needed. We definitely would stay again.

Stayed at this house with family. Plenty of room for all. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kids loved the game room and the lake they kept busy with so many options. Loved sitting around the gas firepit at night and taking in the lake view. Convenient to State Park, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we get the chance to come back

Great family getaway
13 members of our family spent the week after Christmas at this beautiful house on Tims Ford Lake. It was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, comfortable beds, large spaces for us all to gather. We enjoyed the game room (pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard). There is an awesome view of the lake and lots of outdoor seating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Epic Sib Trip
Every summer, we siblings and our families take a vacation somewhere. We have been to Hawaii, Mexico, California, Missouri and now Tennessee! This property was absolutely perfect for our group and allowed us to create incredible family memories. The house had a huge kitchen we could all cook for each other in and there were 3 decks to take in the stunning view. The sunrises were epic! We got our workout going up the stairs from the lake and enjoyed every day out on the water by boat or just from the dock. The neighborhood was lovely with numerous beautiful homes all around. The owners were readily available for questions and facilitated a smooth check in and out process. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again!

Everything was perfect as advertised
The property was precisely as advertised. We were a group of golfers, and it was an easy ride to Tim's Ford golf course. The house was perfectly supplied. The outside gas firepit and the grill worked fine. We could not get the upstairs fireplace to turn on, but that was not big deal. There was great TV and super fast internet. It is definitely a keeper.

We had a fabulous time staying on this wonderful property. It was perfect for our little ones as we weren't fearful of fast movement into the water as you have to descend steps to get to the lake. It was a very clean property and fit us well. This allowed my girlfriends of over 20 years a chance for our babies to meet for the first time! Very thankful for the beautiful views and kind owners! We left an important stuffy behind and she is sending it home to reunite with a little one. The rooms are set up nice for parents to keep their littles with them. Thanks again!

Our family enjoyed the weekend at this lake house very much! Everything was as described in the house. The game room in the half basement was a big hit. The open floor plan allowed all of us to visit while cooking at the same time. The extra beds in the all the bedrooms was a great bonus. Only one draw back, the master bedroom had a sky light directly above the bed - it needed a shade!

Great Lake-side retreat
Very responsive communication and comprehensive guidebook for navigating our stay. Was a great home base for exploring the lake and greater region. Plenty of spaces to spread out and relax.
