We've been staying here for Years when we Visit Tulsa. The Cleaning is not awful. We do find hairs in the Shower here and there at times. I know sometimes things may get missed. Besides that the rooms has lots of imperfections with this Hotel not being too old. We also don't like the fact that they started charging for your pets to stay. We have 3 girl Dogs that weigh less than 8lbs. The rooms have no Carpets. So I don't see what little Dogs can mess up. The Baseboards are already not Installed too well. I understand if someone had Big Male Dogs that would pee on the Walls. I just don't see why Hotels can't charge different Customers based on different criteria of pets. Especially if the Facility has no Carpet. Overall it's a Good Clean Safe Place to stay.

Avid was very clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I had a handicap accessible room and the tub was perfect. I do wish the toilet had been higher. My only complaint is the noise level that can be heard coming from the hall. Kids running up and down.

Have stayed here before (few years ago) and it was better then. Not many cable channels to view in this room. Small, kinda worn out bath towels. The floors in our room were slick to walk on. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. For an extra few dollars a night, I’ll look elsewhere next time we’re in Tulsa.

A very pleasant stay. The staff is very welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. Clean rooms and great showers. Decent breakfast. The usb ports in the room was spotty and the juice at breakfast slightly watered down, but other than that very happy. I would definitely go back.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. Staff was cheerful and attentive. Rooms are small but they are well designed and comfortable. The price was very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was grab and go, however the sausage/cheese/egg biscuit was excellent. The coffee machine is amazing. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly, especially Kayla. She is an excellent representative for the hotel and truly a “people person.”

The property looks good and the room is clean. The a/c is quiet and works well. HOWEVER, the tv is missing a huge chunk of channels that don’t come in-including national news channels. The girl said they are working on it, but she doesn’t know when it will be fixed. Definitely not during our stay. Also, there is no coffee in the room. I will not stay at this brand of hotel again for that reason. Lastly, the side doors are only accessible to go out - not come back in. So you have to walk through the whole hotel to get to your room.
