Okay thankfully short
It was clean and mostly comfortable. The problem is that the elevator was not working and they had one room left on the bottom floor. I am disabled so stairs are a no go for me. They had already charged my card before they told me. I may have made another choice had I known ahead of that. My grandson had to sleep on the couch instead of a bed. She said she would have given me a discount but couldn’t because I used a 3rd party site. Very frustrating.

Incredible experience. Check in took less than 2 minutes! When we got to room tv didn’t work but I called to report it and less than 5 minutes later the lady from front desk was there to fix the problem. Located conveniently to everything, just off 2 freeways but no traffic noice. Can’t recommend enough

The young lady that checked me in was pleasant and professional. My room is smaller than I expected, but very clean and everything works so far. I thought the elevator was too small. There was barely enough room for me and the luggage carrier and I’m not a big person. The parking lot is too small and it was hard to maneuver my car through it plus I’m handicapped and the few places designated for the handicapped were occupied. I had to park quite a ways away. Overall, I am comfortable and feel safe in my room.
