We weren't allowed to stay here. I have email confirmations on this room, but the hotel clerk said there was a problem with our reservation. Desk clerk was unnecessarily rude and was yelling at my husband. We ended up forfeiting our reservation that we already pre-paid for and went to another hotel because of the rudeness of the desk clerk, who wouldn't check us in. I tried to reason with him, but he spoke little English, and I had a hard time understanding him, but did my best. He kept repeating the same thing over and over, that we didn't have the right reservation and he couldn't check us in. He told us we needed to change our reservation, so that we could get checked in. When I tried to do that, it was too late to change our reservation, which we didn't know why we needed to. I was just trying to comply. . So we went round and round with this man who was very mean. Definitely had no hospitality or customer service skills.

This is a motel type place where every door opens to the outside. We didn’t feel very safe. Even though we had reservations, the rooms were hot and the air conditioning never cooled the room adequately. Also, we did not have adequate soap, the tub had no way to stop it up so we could bathe the toddlers, and there was no elevator so all luge and small children had to travel 2 flights of steps.

Easy check in and parking. Close to restaurants, shopping and casino. Room was ok to sleep for one night. Carpet in room little dirty and smelled a little like cigs. The ac never really got cold, so I was sweating all night. Would not stay here again but definitely could stay if needed.

Shady area but cheap and okay room
It was nothing more and nothing less than I needed. The area is not nice and very sketchy but the staff was nice and respectful. Noise is apparent and the bed/pillows leave a lot to be desired. If you are on a serious budget I'd recommend.
