Our room had bed bugs in it. Was bitten multiple times throughout the night. Toilet was slow to flush and clogged easily. Evening staff was pleasant though. Would not come back.

Great place to stay especially when you book last minute. Although I wish we would have been notified at check in of the location of the elevators. My disabled father walked up three flights of stairs to get to our room. We found the elevator by luck the next morning.

Our stay was comfortable. The two ladies at the front desk were bickering in the mornings and stressing each other out. It didn’t interfere with our plans, but it seems they either need to sort out their personal disagreements and keep it professional or simply not work the same shifts again. They were each wonderful individually. The dynamic just wasn’t working. Housekeeping was phenomenal. So sweet with a sense of humor positioning a plush toy of mine by the pillows to greet us upon our return. Love it.

It's okay
The room itself is good. The motel itself is good. Besides there was dog feces going down the stairs. The elevator doesn't work and the front desk receptionist is kind of rude. There are a lot of drug addicts that hang out around this motel due to another hotel that is attached to it and there is a lot of pot smoking in the hallways, everything like that which is not suitable for anyone that is sensitive to it or has children.

Staff were not very inviting when I checked in. The lobby smelled of cigarettes too. The breakfast was poor. Waffle maker wasn’t working. By 8:30am they had almost nothing in the breakfast area. Went to the McDonald’s across the street for breakfast. The room was clean.

When we arrived, the desk attendance decided it was more important to finish her conversation with her friend then to acknowledge I was standing there. It took about 5 minutes for her to wrap up and check us in. The hotel is old and doesn't seem well kept. The toilet kept running in the room, I had to lift the lid and fix the rusty insides to keep the chain from going under the flap. Then we woke up covered in bed bug bites! I am getting ready to call management now. Please do not stay here!
