Room was in poor repair. Soaps weren't refilled. Phone was out of 1984 and wouldn't even call the front desk. Ordered DoorDash and they just took it at the front desk with no notification and didn't bring it to me. I had to go down and get it half an hour later and there was no name or room number on it. If I didn't go down there I wouldn't have gotten it. Not great service if you ask me. Also, $2 for water at a hotel? If there is one thing that should be included in your $200 stay it's complimentary water. I've stayed at $80 hotel rooms that had this. What a joke.

Nice hotel, quiet and pretty clean. One day, housekeeping did not complete cleaning our room. We told the front desk, and it was promptly taken care of. The walk from the garage to the lobby is a little annoying, and I really don’t understand the parking fee, $15 a day seems a bit much to me.

We came for our five year anniversary, online it states that it could be a bathroom or shower. So we where unaware that there was a shower, went back down and was told there was nothing they could do. To pay almost $500 and be told we couldn't switch rooms was the first blow to the trip. We then had to pay to park $15 a day which was not included in the $500 stay. It was token from the deposit you pay on top of your stay price..the walk was two elevators and a long walk across the hotel to go to the 6th floor. Breakfast was not very good and was $15 as well.. for the money and the brand we where looking for a great experience and didn't. There where kids knocking on doors and running

The grounds and the pool area are extra nice. The recent renovation keeps up with the current visuals. Thanksgiving buffet was kept on the ground level I believe. Good bed, good sleep. Sun was out and I enjoyed walking the grounds both mornings.

Upon arrival the staff was very unfriendly, did not even say hello or any kind of greeting. There was a $100 incidental fee for 2 nights which is supposed to be refunded and parking is an additional $15 per night. This seems very excessive for an average room that cost over $200 night with tax. Halls were filthy. Room was clean, however only one of our beds was made ??
