Please read before you stay
The house was nice inside But the toilet in one of the bathrooms wouldn’t flush No curtains in kitchen/living room window so no privacy There’s literally a camera pointing at the hot tub outside, Made us feel very uncomfortable. Don’t mind a camera for the yard to see when guests arrive but pointing right at the hot tub? Also the controls on the jacuzzi inside didn’t work. Waffles mix that’s was provided was delicious! Read the fine print!! There were some hidden fees, $100 cleaning fee which is mandatory plus $120 for insurance or put a $5000 cash deposit. They tried to charge us an additional $100 trying to say it was because of our dog. Also you have to CLEAN everything before you leave including stripping the beds and putting it in the washer and washing all the dishes, what is the cleaning fee for if I have to do it?? Also the yard is not fully fenced if our dog wasn’t well trained they could have just ran to the highway. The house is right next to an oil lease as well your looking at it if your sitting in the hot tub, it smells like crude oil outside. Overall it was a nice little house but overpriced for what you get so won’t be coming back.

Great for a family!
Love the location away from the busy city. It was a nice, relaxing getaway for the weekend. My 5 year old said it's the best place we've ever stayed - her favorite parts were the arcade games, jacuzzi bathtub, and getting to sit on the patio to watch the butterflies in the morning. The waffle batter and extra toppings was a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again if it's available for our next Tulsa trip.

This place was perfect
The property is exactly what it says in the listing. It was very nice and clean. We were in town for Junior Worlds and the hot tub was perfect for after disc golf rounds! We loved the games and I am pretty sure we played the axe throwing one every evening.

Great location
Cabin was clean but the water pressure in shower not good at all, and tub has dirt come out of faucet. The bed is very worn out and uncomfortable, the other bed don’t fit frame so it leans to one side like 3 inches. Not worth the extra money a hotel would of been just as good and a lot cheaper!!!!

Perfect get away
It was amazing! Even though we had to utilize the air mattress, it was a really good one and the teenagers used it, so no complaints from them. It was just the right distance from fun things in Tulsa, and still feel like you weren't in the hub of the city. The owners were great whenever there was something confusing, and quick to respond to our questions. A perfect place to get away.
