The beach is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the sink in the room we booked, so they upgraded us to a very nice larger room with a rooftop deck. Just know that the rooms are all along the path that leads to the beach club, so durin g the day it can feel a little less private although the evenings/overnight it feels very quiet and private. And our room had an open window (no screen/closure) in the shower to the outdoors, which gives a nice indoor/outdoor vibe in theory but in reality leads to bugs.

Quiet Oasis
This was my 3rd time to Tulum and 2nd time staying on the beach. Orchid Beach House was so peaceful! The staff was incredible. Rooms are spacious. Rooftop was such a nice hang too! The only negative would be the early closure of the restaurant and bar.

Beautiful facility, very quiet and rural. Steps away from the beach and the water is swimmable. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The room was beautiful, great size and clean. Room service comes everyday and it’s like the know when you leave. They provide fresh beach towels everyday, you can exchange them yourself or leave them in the room and they will change them. The beach club attached to the hotel has beautiful seating right on the beach. The only (very small) downside is that the beach club’s food isn’t great and quite costly. Overall, this was the perfect place for us for quite, relaxing, and nature filled vacation.

The room has bugs( roaches and other bugs), no TV , phone, room service… it was more like a Basic motel in US. We lost power/internet for 3 hrs one day, the upstairs people were having party till late and it was super noisy.I wouldn’t go there again, i spent so much on a my stay،food, transportation which i could go to an 5 stars all inclusive resort in cancun.

On our last night the air conditioner stopped working so it was very uncomfortable, and we noticed there were holes in the sliding doors that were constantly opened so we got a lot of big bites while in the room. We got breakfast at the place it was pretty good,friendly staff. The power also went out the last night of our stay around 2am.

We just had the best time at Orchid Beach House, our experience was 10/10. We booked the deluxe king room with the private rooftop and let me tell you it was amazing, on the rooftop you get sunrise and sunset views. Also a beautiful views from bed of palm tress and the ocean. It literally felt like we were in a treehouse. Our room was clean and the bed was very confortable. The staff at orchid beach house are so warm and welcoming. Food & cocktails were also so delicious and unique. I highly recommed this boutique resort and would definitely go back!

Wonderful property to stay at. Entire staff was very nice and polite. Especially Manuel. Manuel took great care of us and we thank him for that. So much is within walking distance. Food, pharmacy, kwik Mart, RV, scooter and bicycle rentals. And the view from the tub on the rooftop of my room was incredible

We book this resort last minute and loved the location. We booked the top floor and had a beautiful view of the ocean we loved the rooftop plunge pool and deck overlooking the ocean.
