Lights kept going off. Pools and hot tubs were dirty, couldnt use them (personally)towels were old, ripped and smelled. Staff was not at door lobby at night, no security anyone could walk in.hotel.needs to be updated and maintained appropriately

Fo the $$ this was a great property. I was surprised by the room cleanliness and everything functioned well except there was a power outage in the block for about 24 hours rolling. Definitely would return for the <$$ and central location. With a Bike it was excellent. The area around the Complex is a bit dark and noisy at times.

Beautiful property, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and property did look a bit rundown and the spa and the restaurant weren’t open. Enjoyed my stay although I would have liked to have spent more time poolside but it didn’t feel very inviting.

It was a nice stay, room was very clean staff couldn't been a bit more helpful, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my room but overall it was a good experience. The room included a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, cutlery, and even chefs knives. I would definitely recommend staying here although the area may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Stains, mildew smell!!, leak in kitchen, bedbugs (?) biting on stained sofa. The private road was so flooded after a rainstorm, that we had to wait five hours before we could even drive in. Needs to be graded and taken responsibility for. Kites blamed the Mexican government.The place obviously hasn’t been maintained since it was built. Looks like they built it next to a slum and then ran out of money and have let it coast for a few years.

From the first time I stayed at this property to this time this property is going downhill. The management doesn’t seem to be the same. The restaurant is closed. The gym is not taken care of structures around the building are falling apart. The rooms and beds are decent, but there was no soap to wash any of the dishes and you cannot check in early. They make you wait until 3 PM or later. Spa was also closed.

Wonderful property, the ladies at the front desk were amazing and really helpful. It’s located in a pretty decent area meaning it’s not far from restaurants and bars but the road to get to the property is filled with holes/mud that need to be improved but that’s probably the only real flaw of the property.

Our stay was comfortable. However we were placed all the way at the end of the hotel. The hot water didn’t work for showering. The restaurant was not open. Pools were ok. Overall stay was ok.

Very nice. I was shocked it was so nice for the inexpensive cost. Sweet staff. Helped call our taxi and gave us directions. I really wish they weee able to clear out the cenote on their property (it was closed, and looks to be closed for some time) that would make this hotel off the charts of rating! Had like 4 large pools, calm staff and residents, 10/10!

La estancia en general fue buena, sin embargo, se me hizo un cobro por “impuestos” con una justificación bastante pobre, ante esta situación solicité factura de dicho cobro, dicha factura no se me concedió. Posterior a mi primera estancia, reservé un día más, se me hizo el cobro y a la mañana siguiente se me negó el servicio, se me negó el reembolso y se me dirigió con Expedia sin ningún tipo de cordialidad. Cuando Expedia se puso en contacto con el hotel, solo una vez respondieron, luego comenzaron a ignorar las llamadas por parte de Expedia. La atención fue bastante pésima, a pesar de que el lugar es bonito, la atención que recibí, arruinó los planes que tenía para esa mañana por tener que estar presentando mi inconformidad con el servicio.

I had enormous difficulty being able to get into hot water. They took over 3 1/2 hours in the water I ended up going into was that of a hot tub that was barely warm. They had to let me into the pay for it hot tub because the top one was not working. I went to the hot tub because my shower could not be turned on without a long wait and even trying the method described last night did not work this morning to provide me a hot Shower. They were actually a little rude and said that I had an attitude problem. I really don’t think it’s fair to stay at this place. There was mold in the facilities of the spa. The neighborhood almost broke the Taxi. It is simply a new place and not really ready for Full functionality. It seems.
