Nice apartment of about 80 square meters is located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator that is part of a condominium complex. We are 2 steps from the center, from the Dora Park, from the famous "Balon" market and from the Duomo, where you can admire the Holy Shroud. An elegant retreat to spend your stay in complete relaxation!
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people and includes two balconies where you can relax or eat a good meal.
KITCHEN: New and modern, with fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
LIVING ROOM: Double sofa bed, television, dining area.
BEDROOM: Double bed and wardrobe.
SECOND BEDROOM: two single beds and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: bathtub, toilet and bidet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Independent heating, free Wifi (limited 60 GB, soap), hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, private garage.
Bed linen and towels provided upon arrival, private garage.

Zweckmässige Wohnung ohne Air Condition - an relativ lauter Strasse.
Wohnung ohne AC mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, im Sommer ( mit 35 Grad und mehr und ohne AC) eher ungeeignet. Check-in und Check-out super organisiert.
