This condo is located at Traditions condos on Veterans memorial parkway, 4 miles from Bryant-Denny Stadium. It is conveniently close to restaurants, Midtown, shopping , and the University of Alabama's campus! This condo is a budget friendly option when visiting Tuscaloosa for games, campus visits, parents' weekends and any other occasion. This is a budget friendly, economical condo.

The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to cook a meal as well as a coffee starter set and snack basket! There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower.

Located at Traditions Condominiums, the property includes an in-ground swimming pool, fitness center, tanning beds, and club house.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

**Please note: There is a train that runs directly behind the complex. This can be loud. We have sound machines in the bedroom that will help with this. **

**Please note: There is NO elevator and the unit is located on the third floor. You must use the stairs. **

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. *

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
