Usually i get a queen room, but one wasnt available this time. The full size room i was put in was very small and cramped. The desk chair was close to the bed and wall that it scaped everytime i needed to move it. Theres no refrigerator or microwave which i didnt realize beforehand as the queen rooms all had them. The room was under the stairs and it was loud and people smoke just oitside where my room was located.

Why did you wake me up?
The place is super clean! They clearly take care of it. They don’t disclose that any car after the first is 25$. Which is fine but disclose! Upon check in my friend paid with her credit card and the machine malfunctioned so the front desk employee called me, TWICE to bypass my do not disturb and wake me up at 150 AM. There are better ways to go about this, you could have left a message. Please educate your employees about their options, my credit card was on file, they were always going to get their money. Really disappointed.

Price was reasonable for a one queen bed one bath. I didn't like that the tv remote was a universal one. I couldn't select the main channel menu. I was forced to switch channels one by one very annying, room#121 I liked cleaningless of the hotel room.

Great hotel all around. The price and cancel flexibility are unbeatable and ensure you feel confident with your choice if you have possible travel changes. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms are super clean, modern, comfortable with coffee machines, mini fridges and huge new showers. We felt very comfortable in the large room with a super comfy bed and large armchair. We would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.
