Welcome to the Splash Inn Lower Unit!
This property has been professionally designed and renovated to provide the ultimate Tybee Island getaway with all the amenities you will need to have a comfortable and fun filled beach vacation. Enjoy a heated pool, propane grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, pool floats, a private screened in porch with a daybed swing, games, books, and upscale furnishings to promote relaxation and gathering with your friends and family!

Located on the South end of Tybee. Walking distance from Tybee's restaurants and bars, simply walk across the street to the beach! Extremely convenient location and free parking in our expansive gravel lot.

*****Please note: This Home is two units in a duplex, including an upper and lower unit. This LISTING is for the lower unit only. The parking lot as well as the pool and laundry area only will be shared with any guests staying above you*****

The Splash Inn lower unit boasts a screened in porch with a twin size hanging daybed. Upon entering the unit, you will find an open concept living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, books for reading, board games, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Please note there is no dishwasher in the lower unit.

The bathroom--located off the kitchen--has been completely remodeled to offer tile floors and a custom tiled shower, as well as an LED light mirror and modern vanity.
There are two bedrooms in this unit. The first bedroom off of the living room includes a Full Size bed as well as a Queen sized bed a dresser and small tv. The second bedroom off of the kitchen, offers a Queen sized bed.

By the pool, guests can enjoy sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a shared laundry room, and an outdoor dining table with a propane grill.
Pool is open from 8am to 10pm.

Must be 25 to rent this property.

Please contact if you would like the pool heater on, there is an up charge of $50 per day to run the pool heater.

No parties allowed. Events allowed upon request if the event falls within the property rules.

Please ensure to not block in any other vehicles in the Splash Inn parking lot and be considerate of others staying on the property in reference to noise levels after 10pm and before 8am. Thank you!

It was everything we hoped it would be for a last minute trip. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice and cozy. Pool was a plus. There is also an outside shower to rinse off in. Great communication.

Cute place! Great location. Decor is on point. The shower pressure is amazing! It's a little smaller than it appeared in photos. Full fridge and microwave, no stove. You and your upstairs neighbors will probably interact.i felt like I was shushing our friends a lot, even though we were just talking. Our neighbors were nice, but they were home during every minute of our visit. I usually prefer a little more privacy. Pool is a terrific amenity. I would ask host to confirm your pool request if you need to use the heater.

A good value for a simple place to stay
Overall we were pleased with this property for our vacation. The location is perfect, we loved the heated pool and the amenities were comfortable (simple, but perfectly fine). A few things that would improve the property - the ice maker ran almost continuously. It was noisy. The pool heater is also loud. It would be helpful to know that there is a washer/dryer on property -- that was a godsend! Also, the microwave doesn't work and since there is no stove/oven that set us back in trying to cook some simple things. Overall the property was clean, accommodations were mostly as advertised and the price was really good for what you got.

A couple day retreat
This was a perfect little spot. It was very clean and cute. The pool area is gorgeous. Walking distance to every thing. Will definitely return! Owners were responsive and fantastic! Tybee Island was fantastic. Beach, shopping and hiked.

PERFECT location!
My friend and I absolutely loved our stay! It is about a block from the beach and a couple blocks to the main area of shops and restaurants. We appreciated how accessible the island was. The pool was a great perk to enjoy when the beach became too much, and we LOVED using the outdoor shower. Incredible time!

We took one last trip before school started back with our kids . This was a perfect place for us and our two kids . The condo came equipped with everything you may need along with some extra special touches for emergencies. We will 100% stay here again . Highly recommended .

Good location but that’s about all!
The location is great and close to many restaurants The pool is nice however, we were not able to swim until after 7 PM on day two because it was very dirty. The living room/kitchen. area is super tiny. The couch can barely hold two people and is worn and has stains . The floor is painted concrete which is way past due for needing a redo. The furniture is old and chipped. The front door has cracked paint . There are no window treatments besides blinds so the bedrooms are very bright very early in the mornings. There are no closets. Lights are operated by pulling strings. The bathroom has rusty shower hooks. The icemaker freezes the ice in huge blocks that are unusable. The fence around the pool was leaning outward so it was being repaired two days of our stay. We literally could hear the people in the upstairs unit just merely walking. There’s no soundproofing whatsoever.

Great location for a stay on Tybee
I stayed here with my 2 daughters over 4th of July weekend. The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bike rentals, full grocery store, and gas station/mini mart. We loved being able to jump in the pool in the afternoons. The apartment is quite small, so it might be a little tight for 4, but it was perfect for us. Note that it does not have a stovetop or oven (just a microwave, fridge, and toaster). I had brought food and planned to cook some, but I am not docking any stars for that because it was my fault for not reading the description carefully. Very responsive and helpful host. We’d stay here again.

The property manager was very responsive and professional. The pool was great when you could use it. Both units, upstairs and downstairs were rented. Since there was only one patio table, it made using the pool difficult without mingling. Really not enough seats for both groups. Pool deck/patio concrete (unlevel) could be a potential trip hazard for some people. It is on a busy road so the noise level is kind of high. The location is perfect for the island. The king size bed was awesome! There were plenty of regular towels and beach towels. Fooze hall table was fun! Within walking distance of restaurants, beach, and most everything!

We spent 5 nights at this property and it was absolutely lovely. Our kids (ages 6 and 8) enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower. The location is perfect with the beach a quick walk across the street and an amazing taco place 300 feet away that we visited practically every day! There are also a few restaurants and a grocery store very close by, with more options a slightly further (easy) walk down the road. The unit was clean and nice. The bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage space for clothing and hooks for towels/wet swimsuits. The screened-in front porch was perfect for storing our wagon, beach toys, etc. (kept the sand out of the house, too!) The property managers were very responsive when we had questions and clearly take great care of the place. Tybee as a whole was a blast to visit and we hope to return! Thanks for a great stay!
