A Weekend Getaway!
The property was clean and very well-kept. Everything was as it in pictures. The host was very quick to respond to any communication. Streaming on the tv was great. Exceptional stay…would absolutely stay there again. The “bows” were super cute! My little grandson loved sitting in the back porch listening to the rooster in a bei boring house! ❤️

Very nice home in Tyler
We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was perfect for our needs. We had a baseball tournament in Tyler, thus traveling with three teenage boys. Plenty of beds and showers for everyone, and space to sprawl out in comfort. Home was nicely appointed and very clean!! Beds were comfortable too. Conveniently located to various restaurants and retail establishments. Neighborhood was quiet. The owners allowed guests to use the garage which was perfect for securing smelly baseball gear to not have inside the home (a true bonus!). Having access to a washing machine and dryer was perfect for our needs also. The owners were very communicative and checked in on us to make sure all was ok with the property for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The house has good curb appeal. Looks freshly renovated. The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. the only suggestion I have, is to remove the throw rug at the entrance. It is a safety hazard, very slippery. Aside from this little hiccup,I highly recommend this home.

The house and location was perfect. The only minor flaw; the cleaners didn’t do a good job ensuring the bedrooms were thoroughly vacuumed…our kids found things on the floor. But absolutely recommend staying and will book again.

Great Place and Great Location
This place was in a great location in the Midtown Hospital area. I’m originally from Tyler and it’s literally 5-15mins from everything. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and had enough space for my two children. The enclosed backyard was great for summer nights. The house also had a well stocked kitchen.

Great little house
Interior was very nice with a small fenced in back yard for pets!! This house is in an older neighborhood that has no visually appealing scenery from the house but like I said the inside is very nice! I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. Hosts were very easy to work with and the check in and checkout process was very easy as well! Excellent hosts that I highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about this property from ease of check in to the excellent communication with the property owner. The neighborhood was quiet with minimal traffic and close to attractions in the area. I wish we stayed longer. Would definitely book again when in the area. Gave me home away from home vibes.

Family getaway
The house was comfortable and the owners were very helpful. There was a small delay in getting in the unit upon arrival due to the lock but was corrected quickly by the owners. The unit itself is very nice. Probably will need a furniture refreshment soon. Location is in an older neighborhood but we had no issues. It was our first VRBO experience and we were pleased.
