Lovely villas
Posted 22 Sep. 2024 on HotelsVillas were lovely. Well located on Bisma street just off the main streets in Ubud. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants, with the property set down a lane which meant it was very quite at the Hotel itself.
Breakfast was good in a buffet style with a mix of western and local foods. and the staff treated us like royalty. Really pleased we chose Pertiwi Bisma.
They do however need a bit of maintenance as there were a few issues with the curtain rail not being well secured and a few other bits looking like it could do with a refresh.

Staff were super friendly, Brekky was great, view from bungalow was great, few broken things but overall happy and was very quiet and relaxing

Okay, location is everything. The pool is pretty. Rooms/ bathrooms are moldy and the beds are very uncomfortable. Asked twice for an extra pillow and never got one over our 3 night stay.

Doesn't value the cost benefit
Posted 4 Jan. 2024 on HotelsThe food at the restaurant was tasteless, and it took 1h for them to prepare 2 eggs with toasts and there was only 1 more table with us with 5 people. There were only a few chairs at the pool, but not enough. When we arrived the first room smelled mold a lot, but they changed us to the second floor although was a little better was still humid, with mold on the walls and the air-conditioning wasn't working properly. Neither the phone was working to call the reception, so every time I needed something I had to go to the reception to ask. The staff was kind, but the cleaning room was reasonable only.

We had two rooms booked one room was good the other room had mould on the celling near the aircon and the aircon didnt work, the room had a over powering smell of mould so we asked for the room to be changed, the staff assisted with this.
