Visesa Ubud is the BEST resort I have had the pleasure to visit. The facilities are spectacular. The staff are professional, accommodating, and kind. And the food is outstanding. You could NOT have a better hotel experience in Ubud!

Fantastic resort and great accommodation. Staff were friendly and could not do enough. The only issue we had was the location. It’s listed as city centre but it is not. The map location is not correct. It’s around a 30 minute walk out of the centre. Due to a recent landslide, Taxis and the hotel shuttle have to take around a 20 minute diversion to get to and from town. The walk to town is not practical at night as the road is in darkness . Loved the hotel but had to use Taxi’s every night. These costed around a £5 a night from the market square to the Bridge where the landslide took place . The walk from the bridge is a further 400m but was better than the 25 minute diversion

Folks, you got the address wrong on the hotels.com site. Also, there was a landslide and this led to the road leading up to the hotel being closed. The hotel should inform guests about this as it's a 20-25 min additional time to travel there.

Lovely one bed villa Great staff Fabulous breakfast. Shuttle bus was good but stopped at 5.30. Great grounds and events Only grumble was our pool needed another step.

Excellent! The service was excellent, the staff was always amicable of helping and they were very kind. Our room was always beautiful and clean. The spa was nice, the mani and pedi excellent and the Indonesian restaurant our favorite from Bali.

Loved the entrance as we arrived. The room upgrade was amazing . Room was almost bigger than our space at home. Would highly recommended this resort if you want the ubud experience just a 8min ride out of centre. We will be back.

Mu husband and I have been lucky enough to have many great travels, but I have to say this room with a garden pool is one of my favorite hotel rooms I have ever stayed at! Absolutely amazing so loved it!

Important: If booking, make sure the road giving access to the city center is fixed, or you will have to choose between a 20 min. detour or riding a scooter. Very kind staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the pool is great but could be cleaner. The resort is beautiful and a calm getaway not too far from the city center (if the road gets fixed). The shuttle to the city center hours could be better, they cutoff before supper which is pretty annoying. I would gladly book here again.

The Visesa Resort Ubud is a peaceful haven for visiting Ubud, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre, but close enough to reach Ubud quickly and easily. Our one bedroom pool villa was exquisite and everything we hoped it would be. But the most important and welcome aspect was the people. The staff, every single one of them, we're amazing. Happy, warm and friendly, they literally couldn't do enough for you. An absolute credit to Visesa!! Visesa also felt incredibly safe and secure including security verification for every taxi we arrived in. I would highly recommend Visesa Resort Ubud and if we arrive back in Bali again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. 5 ⭐

Absolutely fantastic resort and the staff can not do enough to help. We would highly recommend this location. Just outside of the main strip in Ubud so it’s quite and the hotel run a shuttle taxi to and from the town 3 times a day.
