Location and surroundings

The apartment is located in Seenah in a quiet residential area in Nussdorf, which is about 3km from Überlingen center. With its location on the northern shore of Lake Constance Nussdorf has sun until late in the evening. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house.

Lake Constance with public access and boat landing can be reached on foot in just seven minutes, a beautiful forest is only 500 meters from the apartment. Bus stop train station, as well as bakers and shops are very easy to reach on foot in a few minutes.

Activities:
Thanks to its excellent transport connections (car, ferry, bus and train) Nußdorf is an excellent starting point for a variety of activities. For example, from Nussdorf you can take a boat trip to the flower island of Mainau, or take a boat to Wallhausen and hike to the Marienschlucht gorge. You can also undertake beautiful bicycle tours - for example by bike along Lake Constance without having to climb much steep slopes to Meersburg to visit the historic old town.

But you can also just stay nearby and for example in the only 3 km away Überlingen pedal boat, surf or play golf or relax in the Bodenseetherme. You will get more tips and information from us. The variety is inexhaustible. You can expect pure relaxation here!

Wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood but very close to everything you need
We had a very nice stay at this very comfortable apartment. There was plenty of space for our family. It is a short, 5-minute walk to the beach – which includes the ferry stop, a bakery, a small steakhouse and several other shops and cafés. A larger supermarket is only a 10-minute walk away. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable."

Schöner Familienurlaub in Überlingen am Bodensee
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Apartment unserer Gastgeber genossen. In Überlingen und der Region hätten wir uns noch viel länger aufhalten können. Die Gegend eignet sich wunderbar für Spaziergänge, Bootstouren und Besuche von Museen, zum Baden im See usw. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, hat jedoch Schrägen, an denen ich mir immer mal leicht den Kopf gestossen habe. An heißen Sommertagen heizt es sich leicht auf, da es unter dem Dach liegt. Wir würden jedoch trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen gerne wieder kommen. Es ist absolut ruhig, man man direkt vor dem Haus parken und viele Attraktionen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage am Bodensee verbracht. Vom Apartment aus ist man ziemlich schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Apartment selbst liegt ziemlich ruhig von wo man gleich im nah gelegenen Wald spazieren gehen kann. Einkaufen (Kaufland) zu Fuß erreichbar innerhalb 15 min. Hunde sind nicht nur erlaubt sondern auch Herzlich willkommen.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub mit Hund
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ermöglicht es, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Promenade in Überlingen ist sehr schön. Leider gibt es in Nussdorf selbst keine Promenade. Unseren Hund konnten wir so ziemlich überall mit hinnehmen. Trotz der eher bescheidenen Wetterlage haben wir viel gesehen. Der angrenzende Wald lädt zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage am Bodensee und haben uns in unserer großzügigen und gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig. Von hier aus konnten wir sehr gut die Umgebung erkunden. Der Bodensee mit einem eigenen Anleger für Schifffahrten ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das sehr schwache WLAN. Wenn überhaupt, konnten wir ein Signal nur im Wohnzimmer am Fenster empfangen. Das gleiche gilt für Telefonate. Für uns nicht weiter tragisch, für unsere Kinder aber umso mehr…!;-) Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Aufenthalt im Nussdorf am Bodensee mit dem Hund
Zwar leicht entfernte Lage vom anderen Orten, jedoch gute Verbindung mit dem Bus nach Überlingen und Meeresburg, am Ort selbst eigener Strand vorhanden, für Hunde relativ wenig Möglichkeiten zu baden, ist aber an mancher Stellen möglich. Wohnung ist groß genug, Alles vorhanden, sauber, da es eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung ist, muss man mit den Schrägen teilweise rechnen, war für uns kein Problem, vor Allem wenn man den ganzen Tag nur unterwegs ist. Da in der Kurtaxe auch ein echt Bodenseeticket inklusive, die Buskarten miteinbegriffen, auch Badestrand Rabatt. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr steil, für Leute mit Geheproblemen oder Hunde mit Laufschwierigkeiten nicht so geeignet. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Aufenthalt ganz zufrieden

Die Lage ist super. Das war's dann aber auch. Die Wohnung hat nur Dachschrägen, beim Betreten riecht es nach Heizöl, die Tapete ist löchrig. Wir wissen nun auch, warum keine Abbildungen des Badezimmers in der Beschreibung sind. Das Bad ist völlig indiskutabel, nicht zeitgemäß, wegen der Dachschrägen kann man nur gebeugt vor dem Spiegel stehen, Duschen geht auch nur gebeugt. Die Dachfenster sind so schmutzig, dass kein Sonnenschutz gebaucht wird. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist unzureichend, nur 2 Essteller, angeschlagene Frühstücksteller, nur 1 Schüssel… Kleiderschränke ohne Fächer, nur Kleiderstange usw. Insgesamt ein veraltetes, ungepflegtes, schlecht ausgestattetes und somit völlig überteuertes Objekt.

Die Gegend war auch optimal, vor allem der Wald wenn man ein Hund dabei hat. Das Bad könnte mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen, es war aber alles sauber und das ist das wichtigste.

Die Wohnung war für unsere 5 köpfige Familie mit Hund in Ordnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und waren viel unterwegs. Man hat einige Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, das war sehr angenehm. Man ist schnell am See und hat dort eine herrliche Aussicht. Was ich schade fand…. es war nicht die Sauberkeit da, die ich bei einer Endreinigungsgebühr von 85,00€ erwartet hätte. Des Weiteren waren die Teller großteils mit Abplatzungen und unschön. Da sind wir wohl von den letzten Ferienhäusern/Wohnungen in denen wir waren etwas verwöhnt. Den Vermieter habe ich darauf hingewiesen, er wollte es prüfen. Er war auch immer sehr nett und der ganze Buchungsverlauf ging reibungslos.

Auf der Suche nach einem Kurztrip sind wir auf diese FeWo gestoßen. Trotz kurzfristiger Anfrage hat alles super geklappt. Die Unterkunft war wunderbar und der Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Objekt ist genauso wie es im Portal beschrieben ist. Großzügige, gut ausgestattete, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung am Ortsausgang in Nußdorf bei Überlingen. Einziges Mango aus unserer sind die Dachschrägen, die besonders in dem Bad und den Schlafzimmern die Bewegungsfreiheit einschränken. Zudem bieten die Dachfenstern keinerlei Ausblick.

Die Wohnung hat alles geboten, was wir von einer sauberen und funktionalen Wohnung erwarten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Nussdorf liegt günstig, um den nördlichen Bodensee zu erkunden.
