The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club. Cash is not accepted.

• Reservations are needed for private bath/onsen. For reservations, contact the hotel before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 12 years old and younger aren't allowed at this property.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the on-site public bathing facilities.
