The Thatched Cottage SONNENSCHEIN The cozy and practically furnished house with about 100 m² will give you the feeling to have arrived. The equipment is carefully chosen and the spatial distribution gives the frame: - a bright living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen, - the patio doors lead out to the landscaped landscaped grounds, - in the center of the living area is the fireplace and the couch area with TV / Radio - for everyday convenience there is a toilet on the ground floor - in the attic are shower / toilet and 2 bedrooms with extra beds - and: All rooms have insect repellent. You will find everything for a cozy atmosphere in the Haus SONNENSCHEIN for a relaxing family holiday.   On the property you have a sun terrace - especially for breakfast. The daytime sun can be enjoyed in the beach chair. Equipment outdoor: rustic garden furniture on 2 terraces, beach chair, barbecue, 2 sun loungers with cushions and bike sheds (bike rental only 400 meters away).   End the day on the terraces in the evening and enjoy the Rügener sea air or with a glass of wine by the fireplace to dream a little something ... Well - get fancy on Rügen?   The thatched roof SONNENSCHEIN is a domicile for the whole year: Whether you want to enjoy the rest and relaxation in the Rügen sun in summer, admire the bird migration in spring or autumn, in winter by the fireplace with a glass of wine to relive the walk on Focker stream - you are in thatched cottage 'sunshine' always in a relaxed atmosphere.

Capacity 2 bedrooms SR1: 1 double bed with 2 mattresses each about 90 x 200 cm SR2: 2 single beds about 80 x 200 cm and 1 cot about 80 x 160 cm Extra bed: 1 small travel cot with mattress (without bedding) and highchair available free of charge 1 folding bed approx. 80 x 190 cm The holiday home 'Sonnenschein' is for 4 people. Extra beds are in agreement with the landlord up to 6 people subject to a charge. Please announce the need when booking. Further fees: The booking price will be charged 80,00 EUR cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is already included in the weekly booking price. It is collected regardless of the length of stay. The booking price also includes heating and running costs as well as firewood and igniters.   Linen packages include linen complete, hand, shower and guest towel for the price of 15.00 EUR / WPak. Please order the linen packages when booking already. You are welcome to order or order parcels. The laundry service is available on site as there is no washing machine. There is no city tax to be paid.  We charge 100 Euro refundable bail as security for our 1000-small-things.   We welcome our guests at the house. You have no additional stress suburb upon arrival. We are also happy to give you tips for events or destinations on the island.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
