Hotel J has the potential to be a great hotel however the cleanliness and lack of attentiveness from staff lets it down. We arrived with dirty sheets and towels and had to ask several times for this to be changed. Despite this the food at the hotel is very nice and the pool is great at the end of a hot day. Another minor problem is the lack of sun loungers at the pool, there is nowhere to sit!

良いコメントを書きたいですが、何も見つからないです。夕食は、食べれないレベル。パスタ　ブラックカレー ハウスキーピングは3回依頼して、やっとしてくれる。 ポット、お茶のサービスなし、冷蔵庫なし。 ロシア人観光客の団体で夜遅くまで騒いでくつろげなかった。22時以降は注意して欲しい。

Un bon hôtel moyen budget pour visiter Galle
Nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure pour enregistrer notre chambre qui était déjà payé par hôtel.com car ils avaient reçu un mail d’expedia et ne comprenait pas pourquoi ma confirmation par mail ne venait pas d’eux. Le personnel est assez vite débordé. En attendant qu’ils comprennent nous avons donc attendu dans le hall. L’hotel se trouve à 10 minutes de Galle en tuktuk et à côté d’une supérette. C’est un hôtel récent et propre avec une piscine agréable. Le wifi ne fonctionnait que dans les parties communes. Il y a possibilité de dîner et petit déjeuner sur place. C’est un bon rapport qualité prix

Nu hann vi ju bara vara på Hotel J i några timmar innan sonen lyckades ha sönder en glasdörr och skära sig i armen, men det är ingen orsak till att inte lämna feedback. Rummen en rena och prisvärda, men en trevlig restaurang och reception. Poolen är perfekt under de varmaste soltimmarna. Dessutom har man världens bästa personal. Då sonen gjorde illa sig, ställde man upp med allt från transporter till inköp. Hotellets manager Brendley var först på plats när skadan skedde och assisterade i omplåstring. Nu i efterhand är vi goda vänner och planerar att husera Brendley inför hans Sverigevistelse om 4 månader.
