We have visited this hotel several times since it opened and wow, it’s really gone downhill. Check in Was a mess, we booked through Expedia for “Paymwnt on arrival” however it was deducted a full day before we got there. No big deal except they made two deductions and when we arrived we were told by the desk staff “Kim” it was our problem, insisted we booked two rooms and Expedia would have to figure it out as “there, is nothing I can do about it.” We called Expedia who called “Kim” and our $ was immediately refunded. For the room, the microwave was missing, the coffee maker didn’t work, there was a foot long crack in the shower floor, and the AC smelled like an old wet dog. Needless to say, we won’t be back again.

Very clean and modern rooms. Wish they had smart tvs and microwaves in the regular rooms. You only get a microwave if you get a suite. Kinda odd but it is what it is. Also pool was way too hot for it too be 90 ° outside. Also wish they had more than 2 washers and dryers to use. I did really like the shower.

This is a nice, newer hotel. ( 2 things though: Our toilet paper roll holder is about to come off the wall and the main light near the door is somehow connected to a plug near the bed, so when I turn off that switch, my cpap machine also turns off. I have to keep that light on all night to run my machine. ) Other than that, I was greeted nicely by the front desk clerk and our room is clean and quiet. I would stay here again if in the area again.
