Make sure to ask for an updated room!
The 1st room I was in was dark and dingy. They moved me because I was surrounded by a very large group of loud teens that left towels in the halls along with trash n shoes etc- it was like being in a teens bedroom lol...thankfully they moved me. The 2nd room was much nicer and brighter! The place itself is definitely outdated. Location is pretty. Hopefully I won't have to return lol

Restaurant and bar are only open on weekends, which was not disclosed upon booking. Noise from room above, footsteps and barking dog, was annoying. Likely a structural issue, not inconsiderate guests. TV was Roku service (vs cable or satellite), so channels are limited. No blackout shade, just horizontal blinds, so not really private or darkening window treatments.

Horrible. It was out in the middle of nowhere which was great and they had a restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence. No blow dryer. Beds were a single mattress thrown on a metal frame. In the morning there was a sign that said the desk was closed for the day.

I was veey disappointed that after midnight the WIFI ran tv went out til 4am. And i waa charhed for 3 adults yet there werent enough.accommodation in the room for us.at.all to shower or wash up

Beautiful locations and building. We arrived at 9 pm. The pool closed at 9:30 and opens at 10. We booked this hotel to swim and were not able to. They could have been a little flexible.

One night stay in the mountains
This was a last minute stop in the area so we gave it a whirl. Overall the place looks tired. The staff was very friendly and the food was delish. We learned a lot from talking to the two staff members while we had a late dinner. It sounds like a busy place during ski season and also sounds like they are working hard to make improvements. I want to really like it and am rooting for their success. Lighting would help brighten things up, literally. It could stand some covers in the upper pool and hot tub walls to cover the exposed sides. Some corner lamps in the rooms and a refresher to the exterior. Hair driers for the ladies. Maybe a basket for the wash clothes and toiletries to help add life and purpose to the huge towel racks with no towels. There’s no one huge issue. The little things are missing. It makes a great place “ok”. Keep going! You have a hidden gem. I can’t wait to see it in a few more years. Happy we stayed.
