The home is nice and spacious and the location is very convenient to everything. However, it is set beside an all night disco, the partying starts around 1am and continues until about 6am on weeknights as well as weekends.

Rusty water in a dodgy building
Unfortunately there was a power cut in town when I arrived. Energy was reestablished everywhere but at this building and the host did not assist neither me or any of the other guests. They left us there at -2 degrees and ignored our calls and messages NOT TO MENTIONED the water running from the tap is rusty - smells of iron. Terrible

Nice property close to everything.
The property was spotless. Comfortable. It was however very loud at night. Nice fridge and kitchenware. Close to market and restaurants. We had an issue with check-in. My suggestion would be to send the instructions earlier than 2 hours prior. If someone doesn't have data in Argentina you might not be able to get in.

Very large space. Comfortable. Excellent location. Great views. Laundry facility was a huge plus. Downside: nearby bar played music until 5am so bring ear plugs. We stayed 5 nights and nothing was available for replenish. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Those things should be replenished for longer stays, especially trash bags for the bathroom. Overall, I recommend the apartment for a good stay.

Amazing Find in Ushuaia!!
There was a bit of a confusion on getting the key fob at arrival but the host was quite helpful and got that sorted out. The laundry facilities in the top floor were really great!

The stay was excellent. Place was modern, clean & very well located. The bed in our apartment was quite good. Grocery stores, coffee shops & restaurants are very close by. The operation/process was efficient & professional. Staff was very responsive & proactive. All communications were via either email or WhatsApp during their office hours. Our booking was for 3 nights, but our outbound international flight was very delayed, so we got in ~12 hrs late. The staff offered us a late check out without our asking. It worked very well with our schedule. They also went out of their way to bring some tokens so we could do a load of laundry before we left. We do have a few suggestions/wish list: Our original arrival was in the evening. Having a bottle already there would have made it over the top, because it we wouldn't have to go back out to find it.

Me hospedé en Gente del Sur - Cinco Hermanos y tuve una experiencia en general positiva. La ubicación es excelente y el lugar es muy tranquilo. Un punto a favor es la atención del staff, siempre disponibles y atentos por WhatsApp para cualquier consulta. Sin embargo, un día no hubo agua caliente, algo que puede ser desafiante considerando la temperatura de Ushuaia. También creo que podrían mejorar en la limpieza, especialmente de la cama. Aun así, es una opción cómoda y bien ubicada para quienes visitan la zona

Aucun professionalisme
Au une information nous avons attenfu 1h30 dehors avant de pouvoir trouver quelqu'un pour nous aider. Les numeros de téléphone ne répondaient pas Aucun message envoyé par mail avec juste le dode et le numéro de l'appartement : pas tres compliqué !!!! La machine a laver : ou est elle comment faire ? Pas de renseignements Tres déçu et mecontent Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela ne peut pas passer Je n’insulte personne juste des faits désagréables Vous noterez que l’on est ravi tout le temps. Mais cette fois c’était juste trop décevant par manque de professionnalisme Si vous ne mettez pas ce commentaire c’est pas grave mais cela veut dire que vous censurez et je me méfierais encore plus en lisant les prochains ( en fait je ne lis quasiment jamais )
