Pool closed. Fire pit not working. Outdoor area wasn't cleaned all weekend, dirty with empty cups scattered around. Bathroom fan not working. Many high school sports team staying here and it was loud until 2am. We were disappointed, especially for the cost.

We had a larger suite which had two bedrooms. Slept in one, luggage in the other. Bed was comfortable. Rugs were showing some age but clean. Furniture a bit dated but clean. Overall, the wall paint, curtains, kitchen appliances, etc were in good order and it was like having our own apartment.

Fire alarm snafu
Room was quite small -night 2 -the fire alarm went off at 3am which necessitated the entire hotel to be vacated in 30 degree weather for a period of 40 min —super irritating but staff was nice —and I was pleased that when asked for a review was compensated $100 for the inconvenience

New Hartford
Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little bit limited compared to others we’ve had. Staff was friendly. Pool area was dark but water clean and warm. We were in a suite that had a kitchen. Eating utensils were sparse. Each room had its own temperature control and the HVAC was very quiet. Overall, stay was good, comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
