Beautiful star filled nights await you, your family and friends. Enjoy the beautiful sun rise or the stunning moon rise and the warm Hill Country air from your private pool. Or spend your days taking in the incredible views and exotic wildlife on the 2,000 sq ft covered porch.
This home features 2 of every appliance to accommodate your large group. Each room has it own private bath with walk in shower.
Outside, a fire pit for your nightly S'mores roast as well as a BBQ pit. Don’t forget the Putting Green, Washer Pit, Swimming pool, Hot tub, Pool table, Shuffleboard Table, Ping-pong table, Foosball table and Washer boards all here as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Moon Dance Ranch! The property was stunning, there were many activities for all ages, and we had plenty of room for every to fit comfortably! The kitchen having two stoves was such a life saver for us having a large group like us. Also, the owner was very nice and communicated very well with us from beginning to end! Definitely will be back!!

Spring Break in ultimate comfort
From start to end everything about this vacation was absolutely amazing. From arrival walk thru and everything in the home, to the most smallest detail I could think of, everything was more than perfect. The home and property was extremely clean, towels were fresh, linens were fresh, beds and pillows were super comfortable. We will definitely book this home for all of our trips in the future. Perfect place to turn 40
Gathered with family and friends for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. The property is beautiful with lots of activities and amenities to keep us entertained the whole weekend. The children called it a “mansion” the whole time and loved the space, the goats, and the pool so much. Would definitely recommend this experience. Owner was super nice and helpful!

Great Family Getaway
This house is gorgeous and the views of the Hill Country are something to see! We enjoyed watching either the sun or the moon rise from the poolside or the enormous living room windows. The inside of the house is modern and has every amenity you could possibly need. TONS of places to plug in devices and TVs in every room. There are bluetooth speakers to play music in the backyard and so many different games: mini basketball, putting green, shuffle board, etc. to keep everyone entertained with something. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to cook for a large crowd. The location is great if you are going to Concan, Garner State Park, or just hopping on the Frio nearby. You can enjoy your retreat here away from the crowds, and then drive a quick distance to have some fun. Our family (ages 4-70) had a wonderful time staying here!

There were 22 of us and it was perfect! There were so many fun things to do, we didn’t even need to go out for entertainment! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy with nice showers. Everything was perfect! The home is fantastic with everything needed in kitchen. More than adequate cooking utensils and dishes. Mattresses were very comfortable, unbelievable number of towels, and games. Swimming pool and hot tub are large. Outdoor furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. The size of the house was capable of accommodating our 21 family members easily.
