The room was quiet and spacious, and toiletries are sufficient and of good quality. It was fantastic considering the price, but in Japan, this quality is a little more than average, which I usually expect APA hotel to be. The only thing that dissatisfied me was some dusty places in the room, such as the floor’s corner or the phone's top.

Last minute stay
I booked late and arrived late but it didn't matter. Check in was so smooth and quick. The coin laundry was a life saver. Look forward to staying with them again.

Old, but good location
The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was great. we were on the 3rd floor and the carpet was very warn throughout. The room was clean and it was a short walk to the train station.

Obver all this Hotel is good. Close to station, much restaurant near by, quite. Under construction may little noisy in morning but still acceptable.

Nice hotel close to the station.

Comfortable clean hotel near Utsunomiya Station
Very nice hotel. They provided a free upgrade at the counter due to availability. My only negative point is the WiFi network was very slow. It was only good for email and basic internet browsing.

Convenient but rather old styled hotel
It was convenient to reach the train station, restaurants and shops while it's located in a quiet but not remote place. However, the hotel building and facilities are still in the 80-90's renovation.
