Charming old house of high standard, in the middle of nature

Newly renovated house of high standard, with lovely location with evening sun overlooking fields and woods from the large terrace. The house is lonely located with the nearest neighbor more than 500 meters away and within walking distance to the sea and bay. It takes 20 minutes to walk either way or 10 minutes by bike. From the house you can step right out into the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms by season. There are plenty of forest roads suitable for long walks or cycling.

On the large shade-free plot you can enjoy the sun in a swing mat in the garden or in the sun loungers on the terrace. Or play on the large lawn. If you still want shade, it is under the apple trees or the umbrella.

In the old charming living room there is a fireplace for chilly evenings. Wood is included in the rent. The TV has a Chromecast, a Wii, a DVD player and a stereo. Next to the TV, a ladder leads up to the loft where children can play or sleep on the two mattresses there.

The generously equipped country kitchen accommodates up to eight people around the table. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and household appliances in addition to the complete set of household items.

Bedlinen available for rent. 10 euro per bed. The bathroom contains a larger shower cubicle with massage function, water toilet and washing machine.

Bikes are available to borrow at no charge. They are normally in good condition and serviced several times each summer, but there is no guarantee that they will work. There will be mountain bikes, other bikes and childrens bikes.

There are plenty of excursion destinations nearby. For example, many beaches, solitary rock baths and generous with woods that are free to stay. There are art galleries, cafes and flea markets and more. In the cottage there is information about different excursion destinations.

The house includes a parking space large enough for four cars, or a caravan.

There is air conditioning and hot water. Free wifi with 500 Mbit / s included, located in the living room.
