Beautiful vacation home near Marielyst beach. The house is only 700 m from the beautiful, child-friendly beach. Open kitchen with modern kitchen appliances and connected to the living and dining room. From the large living room you have access to the pool area which includes a swimming pool, a bathroom with sauna and a jacuzzi for 2 persons. There is also another bathroom in the house. From the living room you have access to an 80m² open and covered terrace. Large enclosed lot where you can enjoy the summer in peace. The house is heated with heat pump and electric heating. This attractive vacation home is located near the golf course, golf and fun and bowling center and many other activities. Here you will also find restaurants and shopping.

Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit Pool und tollem Garten
Wir sind spontan zu viert mit einem kleinen Hund Anfang September noch 4 Tage in dieses Haus an der Ostsee gefahren und waren total begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und durch den Innenpool für Kinder und Jugendliche ein absoluter Selbstläufer. Da der große Außenbereich fast komplett eingezäunt ist, eignet sich das Haus auch sehr gut für Hunde. Ein Fußballtor ist auch vorhanden und diverse Spiele für den Garten liegen bereit. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer wo man ohne Probleme 6-8 Leute unterbringt. Es gibt noch eine Galerie mit 4 Matratzen(und großem TV! )- super für ältere Kinder/Jugendliche, da die Treppe hinauf sehr steil ist. Mit zwölf Personen dort zu übernachten ist theoretisch möglich , aber scheint mir doch eine Herausforderung. Mir kam das Haus ein wenig grob geputzt vor, wir sind allerdings nicht so zimperlich.... Die Bäder habe ich jedenfalls nachgeputzt... Hängt sicher davon ab wer vorher darin war und ob selbst geputzt wurde oder nicht. Nun ist es jedenfalls picobello sauber:-) Absolut ruhige Lage und zu Fuß ca. 15 min. zum superschönen weißen Sandstrand.
