Love the Tivoli! Family owned - makes you feel at home. Yet, it needs some loving. Our room had electrical outlets that didn’t work…and both sink and bathtub stops did not work. We’ll keep going, hope they start investing in simple upkeep of their lodge.

Very nice weekend to stay in Vail. They have modern equipment in exercise room also (my son liked that). This s a quiet location, and you cannot hear any noises at night.

Front desk said room not ready till 4:00 however they were letting people go to rooms before then but made us wait, when we finally got to our room they put us on 5th floor, no air conditioning. Very rude people! Charged us 45$ for parking, would not go back!!

Our Tivoli room had a water pressure issue, causing the shower to struggle. Apparently they knew this and still checked us in. Due to a busy schedule and his availability we only managed to talk to the manager on day 2. He lied at first saying this was a hotel wide issue and then got trapped saying some rooms were fine and that he could move us. We refused since it was not convenient by then and we were upset they were not being honest. For a hotel of this repute and the amount we were paying, they should have refunded room charge instead he offered to take a measly parking charge off as though he was doing us a favor and that too not for the entire stay. Many better options in this town, we talked to a few folks we met and regret picking the Tivoli for a special occasion trip that was ruined. This is not a “resort”. It’s just another hotel. Misleading.
