Perfect for a quiet family break and beautiful location
This is a beautiful house with the friendliest owners in a perfect village-by-the-coast. Everyone we met was friendly and the feel of the place is very relaxed. If you have children, the house has a grass garden perfect for play as on a corner spot. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Easy to drive to the many beaches and not far to Asturias and Bilbao. Me gustaria agradecer a Rosalía y a su familia para alquilarnos su bonita casa. ¡Hemos pasado una vacaciones muy felices y tranquilas! Ein sehr ordentliches Haus in guter Lage
Das Reihenhaus liegt im netten kleinen Urlaubsort Pechón fußläufig entfernt vom Meer mit Strand und Steilküste und zentral für Autoausflüge an der kantabrischen und asturischen Küste sowie in die Picos de Europa. Wir wurden durch das Eigentümerpaar sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns dann wohlgefühlt. Ein Manko könnte allerdings die hellhörige Bausweise sein, da die Reihenhäuser nicht nur nebeneinander, sondern auch "Rücken an Rücken" stehen. Wir hatten aber glücklicherweise nur recht ruhige oder auch gar keine Nachbarn.

Nos hemos pasado muy bien
schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage und nettem kleinem Ort mit guten Restaurants. Wir wurden von den Vermieten sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen nützlichen Tips versorgt. Das Haus war allerdings etwas hellhörig. Gerne wieder.

Vivienda unifamiliar adosada con jardín, muy agradable y tranquila, cerca de la playa de amió. Los duelos son personas encantadoras, un lugar en el que se puede repetir.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe
Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 jugendlichen Töchtern war das Haus ausreichend groß für uns. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und in nahezu unmittelbarer Umgebung zu 2 wunderbaren Stränden. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarhäusern war gelegentlich etwas störend. Aber im Urlaub passt man sich schnell den dort üblichen Zeiten an. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch eine gute gastronomische Infrastruktur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Das Haus ist ein Reihenendhaus mit einen sehr schönen Garten. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein toller Sand-Strand mit einer beeindruckenden Kulisse. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wirklich gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, aber ein wenig kleiner als angegeben. Die Wohnung verteilt sich auf drei Ebene. Für das Auto gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vis a vis. Der überschaubare Ort Pechon (mit einem kleinen Supermarkt und gastronomischen Angebot) liegt sehr günstig für Tagesausflüge in die "Picos" aber auch zu den umliegenden reizvollen Orten. Da auch die Autobahn nah ist (4-5 km hinter einen Berg und damit unseh- und hörbar) sind die größeren Metropolen gut erreichbar.

Ruhige Lage mit voller Ausstattung
Bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen in den Picos de Europa und gleichzeitig gute Lage zum örtlichen Strand. Lediglich der fehlende Internetzugang ist ein kleines Manko.

La casa es preciosa,no le falta detalle,es como estar en tu casa,el entorno magnífico ,sitio tranquilo ,bien ubicado con muchos lugares interesantes para visitar en los alrededores y el camino para ir a la playa entretenido,ideal para que los niños que pueden ver vacas,caballos, burros,hasta vimos nacer un ternero hasta los adultos parecíamos niños,si hay que buscarle una pega,el colchón que me tocó para dormir.Espero poder volver otras vacaciones,además los dueños son encantadores
