Beautiful property in the centre of the old city. Charlie and all the staff we met at the hotel provided excellent customer service - everyone was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were upgraded to a beautiful spacious apartment which made our holiday.

Our stay at Casa Clarita was exceptional, providing us with the best experience. The staff was remarkably attentive, ensuring a smooth and fast check-in and check-out process. A thoughtful touch was the assortment of snacks and a welcoming note left in our room. Loved this place. Adorable small hotel. Offered a big walk in shower, plush towels, robes and slippers. Great location off a main square. Easy walk to Hop on hop off bus location, front desk marked it on the map for us. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately on the morning we left no one was in yet to call a taxi but it was easy to catch a cab at the square.

Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. They have a mini bar which has snacks available for purchase but honestly everything is so close that you could probably find something nearby. They stored our bags after our stay so we could really enjoy the city without carrying our luggage. I would stay here again.

L'emplacement est parfait mais déçue de façon générale surtout pour le prix...La propreté laisse à désirer : le carrelage fait sale avec toutes les tâches et il y avait des boules de poussières sous le meuble de l'évier de la salle de bain et sous le lit papiers et saleté...tâches de gras sur les armoires également. Pas de peignoir à disposition et quand je suis arrivée je n'avais pas de savon douche. La chambre est sympa mais petite. (Ce n'est pas celle que l'on vois sur le site au moment de choisir). Le problème est que les chambres au rez de chaussée sont mal insonorisées et on entends tout malheureusement (discussions à la réception, bruits de portes, etc). Le petit déjeuner est décevant, c'est toujours la même chose et on ne nous propose pas de plats chaud c'est assez léger pour un petit déjeuner dit Continental.
