Good value for the money at $60/night, Good Location. However, the wifi did not work (one bar), the shared bathroom was VERY small. Myself and 3 other guests who arrived at the same time had a difficult time getting in...no reception and the emails sent from the hotel are a bit confusing. But, we were able to figure it out. Room was VERY sparse - bed, small desk, small closet, nothing else. But, it was clean.

Perfect location and lovely members of staff
It was my second time in Hi Valencia Cánovas and again was very pleasant. Sadly I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist on duty but would like to mention how kind and helpful he is. Place is basic but very clean and in my opinion perfect for a short stay.

Terrible.
Difficult to find the place. I paid with air conditioning and it doesn't work. The shower was hot water or cold water. I wouldn't go back again. I hope they return part of the payment, very expensive for the little it offers.

Everything was as advertised. Made our stay in Valencia very enjoyable. Simone was particularly helpful with checkin, restaurant suggestions, and helping us store our bags prior to checking in and after checking out.

Had a very good stay, the area was extremely loud and we heard everything, even with the windows closed but that was ok. The air conditioning was good and the staff were great. Hotel was in a very good area, close to everything and the room was spacious. Would stay again.

The lady on duty the day we checked in was very friendly and helpful, the property is in a good location for sightseeing, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were a bit disappointed, though, in the condition of the bedroom and bathroom (e.g. peeling paint on the walls, and a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom), and were disturbed by a loud and harsh buzzing noise emitted by the air conditioner at intervals ranging from 2 to 30 minutes. The noise was caused by a pump removing condensation from the air con so was less frequent at night when the outdoor temperature was lower.

The room was very closed, and I thought the room would be the same as in the photos, with some light at least. It is important to specify exactly what the room is like so that it does not cause frustration in the person who is booking.

When in Valencia all you should really care about is to have a safe and convenient place to crash. This place fits the bill. It is super clean and the staff are very professional. If you want to sleep late, you better bring earplugs, however. The rooms are far from soundproof. The bed was comfortable enough but kind of cheap and would tip over if you sat too close to the edge. Also the automated check in system was clunky and took several tries to get anything accomplished.

The rooms are not sound proof neither sound absorbing. The clicking of the laminate floors, and elevator noises resonate badly to start with. Around 23h30 I was woken up by a very generous (but disgusting) concert of bodily sounds from the bathroom nextdoor, by another guest. I got dressed again and had to go for a walk. Every time someone used the toilet an intense smell of urine entered the room. If a good night's sleep is what you are looking for, not sure if this is the place you'll find it.
