Great place to be close to the beach
Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. Check in was nice and easy.Host is very friendly and will explain you how to get around Valencia. Even if you are not Spanish talking person,he will use Google translater and everything will be sorted. Definitely recommend this place. If you are looking for very quiet place than bare in mind that tram is passing by from 4am until midnight. That didn't bother us.

Great short stay in valencia with great food and beach all within a five minute walk. One minute walk to tram car which will take you to downtown

This house is a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 to Port. Good space for a large group with plenty of sleeping space and 3 bathrooms / shower rooms. Everything you needed was provided. Jordi was extremely helpful organising transfers to and from airport and information on what to do, where to eat etc. Buses and trams running in and out of the city centre from outside the house made it easy to access. Would recommend and hope to return.

Gute Unterkunft mit leichten Abstrichen
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Jordi sehr genossen. Verkehrstechnisch top angebunden. Kleiner Park mit Spielgeräten vis a vis. Strand ist zu Fuß unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Schade, dass bautechnisch keine größeren Fenster möglich sind. Ansonsten hat uns bis auf einen Wasserkochers nichts gefehlt.

A month in Cabanyal
The stay was very good, the apartment is small but well equipped, perfect for a couple travelling. There is a sofa bed if there is need for more sleeping room. Jordi changed the bed as soon as we arrived because it was not so good, and the new one was perfect! He was always present on whatsapp, gave us a lot of tips and even gave me a ride to the port on my last day. The room is close to supermarkets, small markets, the beach, lots of bars, a few clubs, some restaurants, perfect for short and long stays. Plenty of buses and trams to get around easily to the city center and other places. 5/5, would definitely return!

Petite maison très fonctionnelle, parfaite pour un couple. A 2 pas de la plage, face au tramway.
La maison est parfaitement placée dans un quartier où il y a tous les commerces de 1eres nécessités. A pied, elle se trouve à, à peine, 5 min de la plage et à 10-15 minutes, de la zone de restaurants donnant sur la plage et de la marina. Elle est à environ 15 min du centre ville en tramway lequel passe dans la même rue que la maison. Donc si vous êtes sensible aux bruits, cela peut être un inconvénient (même s'il y a peu de tramways et de bus, la nuit). Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour profitant de la mer et de la ville. Une location de vélo proche de la maison nous a permis de découvrir la côte au-delà de Valence. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons même pu nous baigner, en ce début novembre ! Excellent accueil du propriétaire (qui nous a accueilli à minuit car notre avion atterrissait à 23h30).

Notre séjour en famille était parfait. Logement à même pas 5 minutes à pied de la plage, proche des arrêts de bus pour visiter la ville. petit studio conforme aux photos ....un peu sombre ....non loin de la plage et des moyens de locomotion.....fait face a un jardin et un terrain de foot....et surtout pres du Marcabanyal sorte de halles gourmandes ,bien agréable si on ne veut pas trop cuisiner. a revoir .... le matelas du lit. Tres bien pour un couple et peut etre un enfant

Une location magnifique
Rien à dire c’est une petite maison très chaleureuse, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer, la plage se trouve à 200m ainsi que le port ou les soirées sont très festives, beaucoup de commerces à proximités, pour aller visiter Valencia il y a bus, tramway, métro . Nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire et toujours disponible si besoin. Si vous souhaitez passer de bonnes vacances à Valencia tout en profitant de la plage, n’hésitez pas à réserver cette petite maison vous serez pas déçu.
