Great location and super friendly
Valencia stay for four nights and this place is a gem. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly. We went for the bigger room. It was overlooking the square - great location for exploring.

The absolute best location!!! So close to many shops and good restaurants. The plaza is so cute and fun to spend time in. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing!

We had a lovely stay. Check in was easy and the gentleman on shift was very helpful. Unfortunately the young lady that worked after him was not as pleasant. Overall a nice stay in an excellent location.

Favorite place in Valencia
Our stay was perfect in room 1E, we had a lovely window on Plaza de la Reina , there was an elevator or stairs, it was self service to get the key and return the key in a combo lock box. That might be difficult for some but we are active boomers and it was no problem. Each day Nadine brought a breakfast cart to to room at the designated time.

The thermostat controls were responsive. Large room with fancy chairs overlooked the busy plaza, but with windows shut and the AC working, one could shut the windows and exclude the noise.

It has a great location and view—very central. Coffee is a bit too scheduled for my taste, as when I'm on vacation, I don't like being told when to get my coffee. I never felt the hot water in the room; I informed the clerk, but it was not fixed in three days. It's nice if you like cold showers.

This stay has been absolutely amazing! Room has beautiful view with a balcony that comes with two little foldable chairs to sit on, bed is decently comfy, bathroom is roomy, abd staff is so kind. I can’t have gluten and even though their complimentary breakfast menu didn’t have options for me, they went out and bought me some gluten free items to eat! So kind!!

The location was really good , but cleaness really poor. The bed want that good and we were surpresied with a nice simple breakfast.. and the shower was super weired, you need to taska a shower handling the hose

We loved the location of our room. Check in was good and had good instructions. Room was lovely, however cleanliness and levels of maintenance in the room could be better. Daily breakfast was lovely and room service was great… very friendly young man. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We will look to return. Thank you for a lovely stay😊

Guesthouse in a safe and convenient location
Convenient and safe location. Entry to property is at Placa de la Reina with many tourists and shops opening till late. Got very clear instruction about check in by email. Happy with cleanliness of my room. Shower cabinet is spacious, and separated from toilet which is also spacious. Water changed to cold in the middle of showering on two nights, but got back to hot pretty soon. Bed and quilt were fine. Pillow was very comfortable. Got nice surprise of bar fridge in the room, and daily complimentary breakfast of Coca de Ilanda, a typical Valencian sponge cake, coffee and orange juice brought to my room.

This place is a little quirky and the room is small. However, the location is everything: you're within steps of the Cathedral, downstairs you have a wonderful gelato store on one side and a great little coffee shop on the other. If you are the kind of tourist that only comes back to the room to shower and sleep, then this place is for you. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is strong, and the water is hot. Ana, the on-site manager at night, is a gem! She goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable.

Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva! Se si arriva prima del check-in è possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura gratuitamente. Viene servita la colazione dolce o salata all' orario desiderato (è possibile modificare l'orario e la colazione in caso di necessità). Non c'è una regolare pulizia della camera durante il soggiorno quindi bisogna tenersi gli asciugamani (ma non è assolutamente un problema). Viene fornito anche sapone liquido per le mani e doccia schiuma per corpo e capelli. Avevo preso una camera che non si affacciava sulla Plaza de la Reina e non ho avuto problemi con rumori fastidiosi. Tuttavia i serramenti non isolano dai rumori esterni quindi in caso di confusione si sente (meglio portarsi i tappi per le orecchie per sicurezza). La temperatura della camera non è regolabile, la nostra a novembre era impostata a 22 C°. Non tutto il personale parla italiano/inglese ma con il traduttore non è un grosso problema. La posizione è ottimale per girare la città!
