My family and I really enjoyed the hybrid hotel/apartment model of Valencia Flats. The location was fantastic for our visit to Oceanographic, and it’s a short walk to Gulliver park which blew my kids’ minds. It’s easy to hop on the bus and take it into the old city. The people at reception were very helpful and took the time to draw us out a map of the area. There is an awesome bakery behind the building for a quick breakfast if you don’t want to use the Elbar cafe that’s attached to VF. There are also plenty of super markets and pharmacies nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.

Convenient as a family, great location, walkable distance from Arts and Sciences City and from small mall with supermarket. Staff really nice. Bathroom could be refreshed, very noisy inside the apartment complex and outside on the street.
